Really well looked after in store didn’t feel pressured just a great experience

Liz provided us with wonderful service. We are very happy with the assistant. In 5 minutes we decided to buy the dinner set.

Raj at the store was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had been in a month prior and spoke with him briefly about wanting a new sofa and although I wasn’t looking to buy right then he answered all my questions at the time and gave me some information to look over before making a decision. When I came back today he was working again and was just as helpful as my previous experience. As I had the information, I purchased a sofa today, and when I realised I forgot a key detail (power headrests) he was very understanding and accommodating and able to amend my error.

Robin was great at looking after us and making sure our purchase requirements for a new settee went smoothly. Ian who is the manager of the branch was also very attentive and explained everything precisely, very helpful when we decided to change the colour of the fabric. Would always buy from furniture village, good quality materials used and well made products .
