The welcome and the service we received was exceptional. Andrew gave us as much time as we wanted to browse the store without pressure but offered his assistance and knowledge if we needed anything. Andrew took the time to listen to what we were looking for and showed us numerous examples. Andrew was patient, attentive and courteous at all times.

Great experience buying our new sofa from start to finish! Jordan was excellent and took us through each stage perfectly. He didn’t rush us when looking and really made it feel supported and not just trying to sell us things. Very excited for the new sofa to come. Thank you Jordan for all your help. Highly recommend!!

I had a great experience buying a couch today. Robert was the salesman who helped us, and he was fantastic, friendly, and not pushy at all. He made the process really easy. Highly recommend asking for him if you go in.

Rodger was so helpful and wasn't pushy at all in the slightest. He was able to design a suite that would fit into the limited space we have in our sitting room.

Everything they said was true - much different experience to the previous furniture retailer we went to so we’d be happy to shop with FV again. The showroom had more sales people than customers the day we went, but it was nice as you didn’t have to hunt for someone to help you with your questions. The sales woman we had was helpful and friendly. It felt very relaxed. A positive experience overall.
