From initial visit to quotation, and subsequent visit to complete the work, the entire team were friendly, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with.
The work was completed on time, to an excellent standard.
The engineers were very respectful of our property, and any mess cleared up entirely.

New radiator fitted
I was delighted by Gair Home Services on Friday. A date had been arranged for the fitting of a new radiator. They arrived bang on time and the young Greek engineer did the job efficiently, quickly and successfully. And the new radiator is a great success. What more could one want?

We’re extremely pleased
We’re extremely pleased with our new boiler installation. The workmanship was excellent, and the engineers were very clean, respectful of our home, and made sure we fully understood how to use the new boiler before they left. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and stress‑free. The price was competitive, and knowing the boiler is covered for 10 years gives us real peace of mind. We would absolutely recommend this company to others.

Very quick (next day) response by engineer who rapidly fixed the problem. Our heating had failed in the cold weather so we were very grateful for the speedy visit! Engineer not only replaced the faulty component but carried out our annual service at the same time avoiding another appointment.

Great service.
The boiler needed some parts replacing which the engineer diagnosed, ordered the parts for me and fitted. Turned up promptly and was very pleasant and efficient. All at a very reasonable price. Thank you.

Excellent Service…
Gair had already given me excellent service for the rewiring of my flat and they have since returned twice to add power points. On every occasion they turned up as arranged and carried out the work very efficiently. All the staff - office and engineers, were always polite, kind, considerate and really helpful. Thank you Gair!

Serviced as planned. Notification of engineers arrival close to actual arrival. First time used though past engineer from "merged" company did the service. As with all these companies they want to sell you a "plan"; considering.

A very great company and very helpful and very call out service.
When we phoned the Gair company as our heating was not working the response was extremely good.The lady on the phone was so polite and very helpful.The gas fitter came out that very afternoon and repaired the problem.Also very helpful telling us about the best thing to do to help save call out charges.Great company and have always dealt with this company as very helpful and very knowledgeable.
