Woke up Friday morning to find we had no hot water,we had used Gair before so have them a call,the earliest to could visit was Monday which was very good given it was over the weekend,they turned up first thing monday morning and immediately identified and fixed the problem. Couldn't be more pleased, very friendly and professional service, always available to contact unlike some "man in a van" outfits

I had a new tank fitted by Isaac who was very hardworking young man, also very polite and tidy.
Didn’t appear even to have a lunch break I would highly recommend him.

When our boiler developed a fault, I really appreciated the efficiency of Gair to get a replacement part and come back and fit it, so that we were not left without heating for too long. Thank you.

Two young lads arrived this week to service the boiler and fix the radiator . I joked with them whether they were old enough to work with gas . They did a great job . Had a chat about guitars with one of them . Price was £110 , seemed reasonable

Good quality work carried out by friendly, professional workman.

Used them for electrical work. The electrician was knowledgeable and helpful. The cable was delivered in a timely manner as promised, and the actual work completed efficiently.

Helpful and friendly engineers who sorted the problem within a few days. Their comms could be slicker but they got the job done.

We have a service plan for our boiler with Gair and when we had an issue with our gas hob my first thought of who to phone was Gair. They are very efficient, polite, helpful and organised. An engineer came out, found the issue, part ordered, returned at a time convenient to me and undertook the work. Engineer was great. I would recommend Gair without any hesitation: fabulous local company.

I have used Gair Gas for my boiler servicing for several years and have always found them to be very efficient and as my boiler was getting a bit old, asked them to come and fit a new boiler. They advised me on which one would be best and then came and did the job for me. I now have a lovely new boiler and am very pleased with it.

A very knowledgeable and professional person came to service my boiler and work with me in advice and guidance on other plumbing issues I had - absolutely first class all round - such a relief!!

They are a very helpful company. Their response for emergency call out is so quick. Their staff from office staff to engineers are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and just very nice!

Boiler service today. Phone call from the engineer shortly before he arrived to advise me that he was on his way. The engineer was courteous, friendly and helpful, and seemed to be thorough and efficient. He confirmed verbally that the boiler was fine - just a small repair to the flue cover needed. I received his report by email soon after he left.

We have used this company for many years and have been very impressed with the quality of service provided from the engineers to the office staff. Highly recommended.

My elderly parents had a slow dripping leak on their Boiler that had been fitted by 'GAIR GAS'.

After several visits and very poor workmanship, a 'singular' slow leak turned into multiple major leaks!!! Which in turn, led to a new Boiler being required.

The new Boiler was poorly fitted and this also leaked.

A new flu was also fitted poorly and looked absolutely awful!!!

The above took several weeks and several unsuccessful visits, showcasing poor and uncaring management/service to 'very loyal' customers of theirs.

Furthermore, we realised that their monthly charge for 'Boiler Cover' was over double what other professional and 'trustworthy' companies charge and my unaware parents had faithfully paid this for many, many years!

GAIR GAS used to be a nice family run company, that cared for its clients... sadly, they have turned into a larger company who care about profit and NOT their loyal clientele.

Had some plumbing repairs done on my old bathroom, not hard stuff, very reasonable price and they moved things around to get the bathroom working quicker for us.

They replaced my back boiler with a self condensation boiler in a new position. Great service very neat and tidy.

Another good job from Gair Gas - installation of an outside tap. Chaps turned up when they said, did a good clean job, and tidied up. Good price as well.

They have just repaired our fire promptly. Kept informed when the engineer was arriving and their engineers have always been very tidy.
We have used this company for many years, I would be pleased to recommend them.
