Thank you wonderful engineer
The Engineer (cannot remember the name) who arrived early to sort my parents problem out, rang me to say he had arrived. He waited until I got there and very efficiently set to work to repair the thermostat problem. He then repaired a seized plug bath problem and advised re a sink difficulty. He was courteous and kind to my aged parents and I cannot fault the work ethic. A huge thank you!

Excellent service

Unresponsive
This review is for the manufacturing side of the business. I sent an email to both their sales@ and enquiries@ email addresses asking for product information. After three days, having heard nothing back, I sent the same enquiry via their online contact form. Now, eight days after my original enquiries, I still haven't even received an acknowledgement from them. On that basis. I do not recommend this company.

Super heater. Brilliant engineer
Stuart did a brilliant job, very tidy, took time to explain and demonstrate instructions. The heater is very smart. Good job all round. A+ for helpfulness and friendliness.

Charged my elderly mother £300 to come out and fix a small issue that took literally 5 minutes of the engineer’s time.

From my initial phone call to Gledhill Response customer service to the engineer, Aarone, visiting my apartment, the service was first class.
Convenient date booked and the engineer examined the fault and told me the problem would be corrected with new parts.
He was extremely polite and pleasant , worked quickly, cleared the unwanted parts away, cleaned the area and left the bathroom spick and span. Thank you for the great service.
