Been playing a while.. I've recently won 100 pounds so I withdrew .. within a matter of an hour my account full blocked from any access.. I had a email saying I had to send in Id. And it's alot of I'd these boys need not just the normal pass poet photo but the full shabang cards bills passport and proof of u holding I'd... Bit over the top when others just require a bill or passport photo... So any way sent them in got confirmation all good .. then another email comes through u want more card proof . So anyway long story short.. these guys blocked my account said a security check.. anything to prolong me recovering my 100 pound..I would understand if it was 10,000 but it ain't it's 100.. I suggest people stay away from these.. I'll be getting rid of my account once this is all sorted if it ever gets sorted ...

So disappointed with this casino. I lost hundreds of pounds on slingo millionaire and other games . Must say games are rigged . Gala takes your money and no winnings. What a total waste of time and money decided having lost hundreds and hundreds of pounds enough was enough and I would withdraw the £15 I had left in my account it the brought a screen up advising me that I had to withdraw using bank transfer 2 to 4 day's for the money to reach my account I thought that was strange as normally you can put the money back to the debit card used to deposit fund's with in a few hour's so I contacted Web chat as the don't have anyone on the phone lines until 8am that person advised they had a system problem and I would probably be better to withdraw using bank transfer option so off I went filled it all out and it wouldn't allow me to withdraw my money that way either after 6 attempts I contacted customer Web support again only to be told they were not aware of any problems so again I tried to do my withdrawal again bank transfer option only came up after 3 attempts I gave up but at this point it was after 8am so I could call customer service who confirmed they did have an issue with there banking system and all they could advise me to do is log in at different points throughout the day and see if they have resolved the issue they have so on top of running my business and do my work I have to waste more of my time logging in to see if I can withdraw my money also it's worth pointing out that if you try to make a deposit it won't warn you they have an issue and they take your money just like normal had they have warned me at the point of deposit that I would have an issue when I look to withdraw my money I would not have deposited with them finally do you think they offered me any free spins by way of an apology not a sausage so to summarise they took my money knowing full well they had a problem with their banking system they wasted 1 and a half hours of my time being passed from pillar to post and the final resolution given to me is to try logging into my account at different points in the day to see if I can withdraw my own money it makes me wonder do they expect customers to win anything decent as if you were to look at my banking history it would make your eye's water how much I am down they should be called Gala looser.com and before you say you can't discuss it on here you have my number if not 07770075166 I only wish I had a look on here before going near them they have some size of fan club

Played here for a while, always enjoyed it I especially enjoyed the fast with faster withdrawal you could have your funds in your account in 2 hours.
Just deposited quite a bit of money, managed to win all back with a bit on top went to withdrawal and they have changed it so that it has to take 2-4 banking days etc.. why change something that isn't fixed? Your going to loose a lot of custom including mine I'd rather go into the bookies where I get my winnings the same day.

I am very upset and disappointed with my experiences with this casino. They quote that they follow the responsible gaming rules but this is not the case. I made deposits after deposits, large amounts, I only started receiving emails about responsible gambling when I tried to close my account. They state it goes against their rules to offer me a refund but had no problems taking hundreds from me. I requested information on making a complaint and requesting a refund, this was ignored several times. I requested the closure of my account but they tried to make out they closed the account due to me having a problem. Lack of responsibility, lack of ownership, dreadful customer service, I would avoid. I had a similar issue with another casino, they very understanding and supportive and they have refunded all my deposits.

Absolute con of a casino, joined deposited and won some money. Problem only when I wanted to withdraw, asked for every type of ID send across. Then because I was getting so frustrated waiting I decided to close the account. Then they turned round and said only entitled to receive deposits back none of the winnings.
