Pretty new to this site enjoyed my time playing slots. I’ve broke even tonight so I’m happy with that. I sent over all documentation to verify my account before I started to play ( I think that’s the best thing to do)

turned out have deposit limit but they accept deposit over that amount and then just hold it, and dont say anything, no email, no notification nothing

After several months to over a year they have now asked me for documents gave all the documents they want they ask for more. Need reporting the customer support, tried putting my monthly limit amount up from £40 to £100, then don't support you in a problem situation.
