Had to give a 1 star as cannot give 0, played on one game mask of Amun and everytime it got to a bonus landing, it didn't played for 3 hours and nothing the site and games are a scam, have 3 jackpots and got nowhere near wish I'd read the reviews before joining disgusting experience will be looking to take this further as that amount of time and money should not end up in a zero balance even the bonus rounds were crap win more on 2p slot machines

DO NOT GIVE THEM A PENNY...I withdrew money won fair and square...they confirmed payment was processed..it HAS NOT

First I sent bank statements...(why should any customer have to do this) I did anyway to prove no money went I to my account

Next I called numerous times and all of a sudden was told there was a problem with the payment provider...(again this is not the customers responsibility)

Waited and waited a d heard nothing..their customer service and payments team make no contact hoping you'll just get tired and drop what's rightfully yours

Next after 4 weeks now I was told they got a POP message from the payments provider ...WHAT!!!!!

THIS IS ALL GARBAGE...to dither and delay the fact they DONT PAY

my bank has told me nothing has been recieved so Gala have just been sending me on a wild goose chase...judging my recent reviews on here they clearly can no longer afford to pay anyone and are about to probably go into administration....

What a vile a deplorable company...and gala of you read this don't bother to send a message on here to make it look like I can contact you so you can 'resolve' or 'look into' the matter because everyone knows from the above what a FRAUDULENT company you really are

Your games are twisted and sick...if you can't pay just say so...don't make people suffer...I hope you close down asap

Disgusting company I have been treated badly they supposedly sent my £120 to the bank the cashier somehow made a mistake and it went back in my gala account so I withdrew again but as the cashier had done the transaction not seeing the mistake they made it wasn’t going to go through again they can check this but just keep replying we sent to the bank they’ve had a month of statements to prove I hadn’t had it ,and they can see my account that I can’t see and know that the money went back in gala account not to the bank as they thought but won’t check it ,as they won’t check I think the cashiers are pocketing customers money as it would be simple to see what happened but I’m sending an email to the CEO of Entain companies to investigate gala as a lot of missing money on trust pilot that needs to be looked into as they’re books won’t add up with all this going on for people

I won £3170 they still haven't put it in my account terrible they are a Rip off scam stealing money off you .. very good at taking money but can't pay you I would stay well clear off this .. go elsewhere and do your research on them .. this site is ripping people well off

Won 20k last night on the daily jackpot... Done 2 withdrawals one for 18k other for 2k...18k was in bank in an hour and 2k 2 hrs... Fast payouts.. I won another 2k this morning and still waiting for it to be paid hence only 4*..but overall fab experience with this site

Don't not use this site ever.
Be warned I have made two withdrawals one for 600 and one for 900 and they haven't payed me.
The support is no help and when they reply on here don't believe them as they don't resolve the matter or even reply to your message.

I have had this site for over a year now I have just won 1500 made two withdrawals they say which has been processed there end I have sent loads of emails telling me the same thing in response and still no money received in my bank account.

I loved this site used be fast payouts. Rbs changed their cards from visa debit to debit mastercard. I won just over £100 and never received my winnings. Through numerous emails messages etc 3 weeks later and still not received them. Get different excuse everyday. Had send in bank statements also proved hadn't received the 3 amounts into my bank. Still no good . Now today apparently few people having same problem with debit mastercard. It is NOT a credit card and bank says works same way as visa debit. I've not seen anybody complain about this

Don't sign up to this site, they promise a joining bonus but they never give you the bonus! Terrible. Avoid at all costs. 3 times they promised a bonus for depositing and wagering money. Never received a penny

I would avoid this site my partner and I put over £5000 though their slot games Which took 400-500 spins a time to give features on multiple stakes and it was dead features after dead features the games clearly are rigged even the roulette you put on a wager and the screen showing the spin disappears then shows the result at the end . Avoid avoid avoid !!!

They have emailed to say I've breached their terms & conditions and that they've closed my accs and confiscated my money! When questioned about the specific reasons they just quote vague T&C reference numbers and have confirmed "The decision is final" like I'm going to accept that response!

I obviously now couldn't give a damn about my accs being reopened (x3 Spins/Casino/Bingo) but you CANNOT keep my money, money of which is made up of genuine deposits and winnings!

Either refund my money or I'll have no choice but to open a dispute with IBAS and report this to the Gambling Commission.

I am not going to go away without my refunds.

My advice would be to steer clear of these sites or any other in the Entain group.

Its not about losing money, its the way the money is lost. There are apparently NO features, having done over 1,000 spins and ended up heavily out of pocket. There is just no chance to get your money back when you're doing 100 spins to win 10x if you're lucky. Really, really poor.

Great site ! I don’t know why this site has so many bad reviews. I think this is one of the fairest casino sites I have ever played on.

Something is very wrong with customer service at Gala Casino. It's like they don't join the dots at all. A daily 'free' promotion was working fine for me, a long term customer, when suddenly I start getting a pop up saying 'it's only for customers with more than three deposits'. I've made hundreds over the years. Started off in Chat saying, I think this is an error, then four more emails where I give the exact same information every time. I then get new responses from a completely different operative asking the same questions, over and over. Started off with a minor problem which I just thought I'd flag to them, now after all their emails none of which have solved the problem at all, am actually really angry and fed up.
