I am very pleased with the Gap factory…

I am very pleased with the Gap factory company. Today I had to resolve the issue with the delivery I received.I was upset and determined. However,to my delight,I spoke with Shivam -very professional and respectful person from customer Service. He solved all the problems instantly.I was satisfied.

Order marked as fraud

I placed an order online and received the email confirmation as expected, but then I received a second email saying my order had been marked as potential fraud and was cancelled.

When I called to inquire, the customer service rep claimed something was wrong with my account (after asking me to confirm my full name, address and phone number) but that they could fix it/ re-do the now cancelled order. Unfortunately, they also claimed that the team that can accomplish this does not work on weekends. So, I would have to call back tomorrow… and somehow despite gap cancelling my order, they claim it will take several days for me to be refunded…

I’m not sure why my order was marked as potential fraud. The customer service agent did not say. The only reason I could think of is that I was using a VPN.

This is a ridiculous hassle.

Great value

Great value, easy returns. I love shopping here. They've now provided free returns which makes them a super easy and affordable place to shop. The quality is good and the jeans, tees and sweaters I bought this fall, are all fashionable and holding up well. Love it.

The end of a beautiful relationship

Ok. Will someone with the actual ability to help please tell me why my missing item claim was denied? Please explain why I have to contact a third party to get NOTHING resolved? Gap Factory will no longer receive my money. They rob customers and then funnel them to some other "business" which now has my information. I have been a loyal customer for decades. Most of my wardrobe (not to mention the other five members of my family) consists largely of Gap brands. I hate that this has to come to an end. But I will NOT be treated like this again.

Don't expect your order to arrive on time if at all

This was a really disappointing experience. I have worn Gap jeans for years because it's so hard to find Tall sizes, but to wait over a month for an order and then have it never arrive motivates me to look for another brand of jean. I submitted a replacement order with customer service who assured me it would arrive in time for Christmas, and that order still has not left the warehouse on Dec. 23. Also, three of the items from my original order are no longer available. There are clearly issues with Gap's fulfillment process and it's doubtless going to cost them customers.

Horrible return policy

I ordered a couple of pairs of jeans and the sizing was weird, so I returned them and ordered another size. Please tell me why it takes 15 BUSINESS days for a refund. Not days (which is still insane) but Business days. So, three plus weeks. I'm just wondering if they're going to pay for the interest on my credit card for such a stupid wait?

Don’t bother

I have made two separate orders (and only two orders ever), but both were cancelled without notice. Incredibly disappointing and frankly bull sh*t service.

As an Icon Rewards Member

As an Icon Rewards Member, I expected better treatment from Gap Factory. My order was delivered to the wrong address, and despite this being their mistake, they refused to resend the order or issue a refund. Their customer service team was unhelpful and unwilling to resolve the issue.

This experience has been extremely disappointing

GAP Factory Store Heartland

GAP Factory Store Heartland - Recent visit on Boxing Day at noon extremely poor service by the Store General Manager a female on site and all her staff at cashiers. Rude communication from store GM towards customer that requires urgent attention of GAP ( Canada) Inc. Management for if the service received on Dec 26 , 2024 reflects their corporate culture. Sales would go down hill. I recommend Sr. Management to review all video surveillance inside the store in Dec 26, 2024 between 1pm- 2 pm. Investigate and retrain their store GM to educate her on basics of retail management, customer service, communication to improve the image for betterment of business for now her entire team is rude reflection of her.VERY VERY VERY POOR on part of GAP (Canada) Inc.

Unreliable

Bought a coat that was listed as 100% cotton and received a completely different item. Contacted their customer service and was given the run around and just told to return it. Thanks for the complete waste of time.
