Great quality product
Great quality product. Did have issues with delivery. Item was said to have been shipped but when it was not received after expected delivery date they were quick to help resolve and sent another product with next day delivery. Given the current covid crisis they were very helpful.

Could do better
Order delivered on 2 separate days, actually still awaiting 2nd part as of writing this.
Initial part of delivery appears to be as per the product purchased, fingers crossed the 2nd part shows up and is as per the product purchased.
Not the best experience really as the purchase is for a 'kit' which normally I would expect to come together in one parcel.
Would have been useful to know in advance to expect separate deliveries for one kit.

I ordered 4 items
I ordered 4 items, one was not in the box.
I paid extra to get the items to me in 2 days It took 4 days which was the standard post.
The air pump does not work and the Water pump does not pump higher than a couple of feet.

My delivery arrived on time and undamaged but I'm missing plant magic plant bloom from my order, gardeners corner has been helpful and quickly solved the issue I’ve had, I’ll be buying from them again and will be recommending to others in the future
