Ordered begonia bulbs total order was 89 euro on February. Not one of the bulbs has germinated. No satisfaction whatsoever. Told I must not have followed instructions. Asked to dig up some of the bulbs and send pics. I did. Seemingly that was incorrect info. I shouldn't have disturbed them!! Nothing but excuses from them . The best part is that they said they will flower next month!!! Not a sign of life in them!! Avoid at all costs. 3 weeks e mailing and no resolution.

Ok two years ago I ordered Wisteria plants which I received in good condition. These plants were supposed to be specific cultivars one white and the other pink. They both flowered this year and both are the common blue variety.
Rediculous that they cannot supply what they offer on their website.

Filled an online cart, items total €337 euros by my calculations, yet the total they calculate is €373.30. Even with delivery fees there is no way my order would cost that much. Something fishy going on. Just read the poor reviews here and decided to save my money.

I ordered, among other plants, 3 Berberis Orange Ice 9 cm. I did so not realizing that these plants have thorns. I contacted Gardens4You to complain about this because it was not included in the description and I would never have purchased them had I known they had thorns. I told them that it was very important that they mention the thorns on the description and they replied, among other things "Berberis Orange Ice plants are naturally thorny, as are all Berberis species." So apparently I was to know be aware of this before buying the plants. What is the point, then, of them writing a description of it at all if people are supposed to know all about the plant before hand?

I spent over €70 on perrenial plants. I was emailed from FedEx that delivery would be Monday. It was the following Monday when I received the plants.
They were in a dismal condition. I have contacted gardens for you - all I get is excuses. The plants are not fit for purpose being a week late by FedEx.
I am looking for a refund- but all I get is excuses. I certainly won't be ordering again from them.

I was worried after reading other reviews. I ordered 2 patio trees and 2 shurbs and they arrived in perfect condition, well wrapped and protected with bamboo canes. Credit also to dpd who delivered with great care. Thank you

SO shocked at my delivery today. I spent nearly 100 euro expecting to get nice plants as advertised in the pictures. Arrived upside down, muck everywhere, and half dead. Some yellow leaves. They are seedlings not plants. Wish I'd read reviews here first. A total disgrace. You wouldn't take many of these for free at a garden centre. Most will not survive. Feel totally robbed. I really want a refund. These items are not as advertised. Never again.

Placed an not inexpensive order and received a lemon tree with cottony scale all over it. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired and they did nothing about it. And don"t be fooled by the Irish title of website, these plants are coming fron Holland. Support your own local garden centre instead! Be warned...check any purchases closely or pests and diseases esp if you have other plants near.

Don't bother buying from that website. Sending old stock. Completely dried out, dead plants. Not responding to emails 👎

One plant died. It would have been simple to replace it but no I got condescending emails about caring for plants. I am a gardener for over forty years and I told them this but still the stupid line by line care instructions just to avoid refunding a small plant under ten euro. How mean and stingy is that. Don't bother.

I only saw the reviews on trustpilot after I had placed my order so I was very worried. However, to my surprise, the plants arrived the next working day from The Netherlands to Ireland. They looked to be in reasonable condition. I have planted all six and they are all thriving. One of the plants was only roots in soil. I managed to divide it into three so have got three plants for the price of one. One of the plants got eaten shortly after planting, but soon recovered. Price was very reasonable. Overall I am delighted with my purchases.

They sent me the wrong cherry tree, insisted that it was the right kind and then told me "too late, the warranty has expired"!
Cherry trees take a few years to bear fruits and I couldn't know until then that they had sent me the wrong one. I have lost years and money and now will have to get an other tree of the right kind and wait again to have the fruits I want. And the customer service was extremely cheeky too, with an appalling lack of knowledge. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!!

Bought indoor plants from these guys and they came packaged well I will say but three of the plants came dead I took pictures of them and emailed the company they said they would refund me for two of the plants but only refunded my money for one of the plants I don’t know why they did that after saying they would refund for the two which were clearly dead from that experience I would NOT recommend buying from this company great prices for dead plants your basically just giving them your money for nothing overall not a happy customer I will not be buying from them again

Firstly the selection they have is outstanding. Ordering was easy and here is the but! I ordered 5 lavender plants ( 4 white lavender as they are rare) and they arrived slowly considering they use a courier with high prices ( Netherlands to Ireland took 6 days including 4 working days)
1 of the plants was in bad way and obliviously dying and I contacted customer care and they asked for pictures and replied good that repotted it and give due care and further follow up mails got similar responses. The plant died very quickly whilst the others are thriving. My bad review is the lack offering a replacement or refund at a plant that arrived in shocking condition and should never have sold in the first place!

So we are stll waiting for our order, stated 7 days and its been 3 weeks. We messaged customer services, got a reply to first email asking for order number but have had no reply on where the order is or if it is coming. We are going to request a refund with PayPal tonight and will go to buy local. Its the no reply and being ignored I do not like, we would be understanding if received a reply and there was a delay but just feels like they cannot be trusted. I wouldn't recommend and I would not ever buy from them again

Will never order from this site again, bought 29 Annabelle Hydrangeas in two batches . nearly half of them did not flourish and when i contacted Gardens 4 you they said my warranty was out by three weeks . I responded explaining that there was no way of knowing if plants were alive until they sprouted but they completely ignored my response and not even the courtesy of a response to my email . Avoid and buy from a reputable site

I have ordered from this site before and all went well. However my last order 2 out of 3 plants died and I contacted customer service and they wouldn't send me new plants. Very disappointed.
Will not order from this site again .

I ordered 60 plants and received 29 a week later. The plants were small as I expected but well packaged and healthy. However I didnt receive the remaining 31 and 2 more weeks went past so they offered refund for missing plants. V disappointed as plants were chosen for specific purpose and there was no apologies or explanation etc.
