Contacted 2 companies via email…
Contacted 2 companies via email regarding a new gas meter box. One was totally incompetent and GED replied v quickly with some helpful information that led to the correct box being ordered and delivered with no problems or damage. Would defo recommend this company.

Excellent customer service
Delivered quickly but had damage to the cupboard.
Contacted the company and they quickly dealt with the issue and replaced the item which again arrived speedily. Excellent customer service and dealt with issues speedily with no quibbles.

I paid extra for next day delivery
I paid extra for next day delivery. At no point was I told that this didn't include Saturday deliveries. So I ordered early on Friday, was told "next day delivery" , didn't get item till late on Monday (which is too late to be of any use to me). Wouldnt even refund the money I paid for next day delivery. Rubbish service. Won't use again

I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our service.
Our Next-Day deliveries are working days only - we try to make this as clear as possible by stating this twice on every product page, at the checkout, and on our Delivery Information page. There is also a countdown clock on the product page and in the basket that informs you that your Friday order will be delivered on Monday if ordered within X hours.
From the Product Page and Delivery Information Page:
"NEXT DAY DELIVERIES – Next Business Day
Orders must be placed before 4pm for Next Day Delivery (next working day, Mon-Fri).
Next Day orders placed between 4pm Thursday and 4pm Friday will be dispatched on Friday for delivery to you on Monday. Next Day orders placed between 4pm Friday and 4pm Monday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery to you on Tuesday (all Mondays excluding Bank Holidays)."
As your item arrived within the date stated to you on both countdown clocks on the website, and in accordance with our Next Day policy, we are unable to refund your postage.
If your item is no longer of use to you, please return it to us and we will refund you straight away.
