They got the order on time and let me know if minor changes and managed my expectation throughout. It was my first time leasing a car and I managed to get my car in time without a hitch. Great experience!
This was the third time I’ve used Gateway2Lease, which in itself is a good indication of the level of service given. From the initial enquiry in January to delivery in March, the process was seamless with timely progress updates. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and friendly, with no pressure applied to close a deal. Consistently good customer service.
