Excellent in the way in which they handled my initial enquiry. Genuine and sound help and advice, took time to explain how the foam was cut and shaped and how to measure up accurately. Gave me unbiased advice regarding which specific foam I needed to order for the end result I wanted. The whole team were professional, especially Sophia who handled my phone enquiries. I would strongly recommend this company to any prospective customer and I will definitely be using them again.

Bought these to replace my sagging cushions and give my sofa a second life. The whole process was so simple I just followed the measuring guide and ordered. They arrived the next day, fit the covers like a glove, and feel amazing to sit on. I’ll definitely be placing another order for my other sofa soon. If you're trying to make your current furniture last until you're done with renovations or in a position to buy new, I’d highly recommend these!

Talked to GBForm about two new sofas we bought the cushions were terrible the manufacturer told us we need some different ones at an extra cost we ordered them and again absolutely rubbish,I then talked to GB foam who recommended firm Hi density form wrapped we measured and ordered these we could not believe it they arrived the next day they are wonderful cushions 1st class service I would recommend this company to anyone service how it used to be MANY THANKS GB FORM one happy customer.

I ordered cushions on Friday evening 6th March for my sofa. Measured with care as instructed but was still a bit worried in case it was wrong. I spoke to Sophia on the Monday morning who suggested that I send photos and she would then give it to the team. If they felt there would be problems she would get back to me. We had arranged for a delivery today Wednesday 11th March with DPD. I thought this may be put back due to my concerns but my cushions arrived within the allotted time. Cushion covers on fitting perfectly and the sofa so much more comfortable. Sophia was very kind and reassuring and I want to thank her and the team for doing a really good job and saving the planet for land fill with another sofa. I ordered Luxury Medium Sofa Foam GB 41M with Stockinette & Dacron.

Said 24 hour delivery but that is not the case it's the only reason to.order but 24 hours and still waiting been told by customer service another 24 hours wait is been over 48 hours since I ordered and still nothing another 24 hours and still no foam

The young Women on the phone kept my order track despite my mother placing the order.
They even got to my house and not hers.
The foam has transformed my much love feather filled sofa, into a place you want to sit. And saved it from the dump!

Really helpful on the phone, guided me through the ordering, measuring process. The window seat that I wanted the foam for was quite complicated with various different angles and wooden beams cut-outs in the corners, so I made a template and sent it off. Virtually by return I got the foam I requested - PERFECTLY cut. Thank you - an absolute delight to deal with GB Foam.

Very helpful staff called me to discuss my order and requested various photos to make sure everything was just right. Foam seems of good quality and has revived an old sofa

I have been using a replacement sofa cushion for over a month now, and I can honestly say it’s not any better than the one I was replacing, after several years of use. These cushions aren’t exactly cheap - I would think very carefully before ordering.

The company asked me for a review but I’ve had no response from them which is very disappointing.

The star is for speed of delivery only, which might go some way to explain the product’s poor quality.

Very good website. The answers to all the questions we had could be found on their website. Delivery was well within the quoted dates given and the product was excellent. The foam was just what we wanted and the sizes we requested were spot on and fit our new cushion covers perfectly. We would have not problem in recommending them to others.

I'm really happy with my GB foam journey. Having chickened out of ordering foam for years fearing a foam shaped disaster, I finally plucked up the courage and went for it. It couldn't have been any easier thanks to GB foams uncomplicated website. They even carried out my bespoke request without flinching. And the quality of the foam is great. I was looking for new foam cushions for my sofa and ordered from GB Foam uk. Due to my own stupidity, I wrote down the wrong measurements. The cushions arrived on Friday 7/11/25 , too big. I was so upset and stressed. I phoned Sophia at customer services and she advised to revise the measurements and return them. The cushions were picked up Monday morning at 11am and on Tuesday am Sophia phoned to advise they had been received and to double check the measurements (just in case). I received them back on Wed before 10am. I was overwhelmed with the kindness and reassurance given. The speed and efficiency of the process was excellent. Sent I am awkward template for two window seats. Contacted the company about the order. They sorted it all for me. Excellent service and very helpful. Received the goods within a couple of days. Very reasonable price. Thanks for the help. One more cushion to order soon.

A fantastic service and great product. I was replacing feather cushion pads and wasn't sure which size and firmness of foam cushion pad to order. After getting fantastic assistance via emails from Sophia, the replacement cushions arrived the day after placing my order. They are perfect.

I was able to give all the measurements of the foam that I required and was able to spilt the order into two deliveries as I hadn’t got space for all of it at once.
The foam was exactly the correct sizes.
Their prices are very reasonable.

I ordered 2 replacement sofa seat cushions on Monday which were speedily delivered by lunch time on tuesday. Upon opening the parcel I noticed one of the cushions was a different size! I contacted GB foam and sent pics for reference and Lauren responded promptly and was very helpful stating it was an error on there part and she would have a cushion recut and I would receive it on Thursday. True to her word I have today Thursday received my cushion the correct size and now have a renewed comfortable sofa to sit on.
Couldn't be happier with the customer service I received even tho the error occurred. It has saved me alot of money from having to buy a new sofa.
