GB Foam Opiniones

I have purchased from GB Foam before, and have had an incredibly amazing expereince.

So, I returned to them again after 4 years to purchase another Foam Cut piece which was shaped like a (Double Bed Mattress to use as a Mattress to Sleep on). They did an impecaibily amazing job in delivering the Chip Foam, their whole GB Team were incredibly professional and very kind from start to end, and even after the order was delivered.

It is company I highly recommend off, and is worth every penny to make a purchase from them. They go above and beyond when it comes to any issues, and are always a helping hand away. They Customer Services is just incredibly amazing. I wouldn't go anywhere else apart from back to GB Foam for another purchase.

Amazing service, highly recommended! Purchase with confidence, worth every penny.

I have to say the Chip Board Foam - is incredibly hard and is perfect for what we were after for sleeping on. It doesn't sink in, and is very comfortable to sleep on.

I just love it!! I can't thank GB Foam enough for their help and assitance in my Order.

Simply the best! No other company comes close!

Greet experienced from start to finish. We needed some infill cushions for our motorhome. They were an awkward shape so they made them to a template we supplied. We posted the template on Friday and the cushions arrived the following Wednesday, delivered next day service by DPD. Communication was quick throughout. A great experience all round, totally recommended.

Fantastic service, replied to my emails straight away, very helpful and foam was delivered on a next day delivery. Great value for money and great service.

Absolutely delighted with my replacement caravan seat cushion interior, no glue lines cut from a solid block perfect fit looking forward to a good night's sleep. I have worked in the upholstery industry for over 45 years, so I know a quality product, would like to mention that the price is really competitive and free next day delivery. What are you waiting for they even help you with the measuring 👍👍

The four sofa seat cushions arrived very quickly and have made a huge improvement. GB Foam website shows how to measure exactly for the new cushions, and these are a great fit. Highly recommended.

Really good customer service online to make sure my measurements were correct for the type of cushions I needed. A lot of patience from Sophia who was helping me. Delivery super quick and they were spot on. Fitted perfectly. Definitely recommend the Dacron and stockinette for sofa cushions as made it a lot easier to get covers on when they are fitting exactly. Extremely pleased with product and customer service.

Aweful. Never got the foam. Apparently they couldn’t do anything with the fact DPD couldn’t get the parcel to us. Everything was absolutely appalling from start to finish. Have asked for a refund so we’ll see how long that’s takes. Don’t bother to use these.

We ordered two foam cushion pads for the sofa from GB Foam Direct. We know we are very fussy and knew exactly what we wanted. We took the risk of ordering online. The website was very user friendly and clear. We measured the cushions in accordance with the tutorial on the website. We contacted the company about a number of issues and I must say their customer service was absolutely outstanding. The delivery process was very smooth and professional.
We would not hesitate to recommend GB Foam Direct 100%. The quality of the cushions is first class and they have made the sofa feel and look like new again.

Very happy with replacement foam for my chair. Firm and comfy.
Delivery charge a bit steep.
Foam was cut to size and fitted perfectly. Great advice on the website about how to measure and considerations if adding the stockinette and dacron (which I did).

OMG the customer service was EXCEPTIONAL!!! I called so many times and they were incredibly patient, friendly and helpful!!! The sofa foam came in silky type covers, allowing for easy pushing into the cushion covers. It is firm but very comfortable and will last for years!!! The delivery was excellent. I just love companies like this... few and far between these days!! Thank you so much <3

Efficient service. Good communication, double-checking my measurements. Very fast delivery. Reassuring guidance on fire safety standards (the sofa cushions are for a flat which is tenanted and now I have GB Foam's leaflet on their fire safety ratings which I can show tenants).

Excellent company, high quality sofa cushions ordered. I received great advice correcting my order, fantastic customer service and received the perfect product. Excellent communication and delivery process smooth. I cannot recommend this company high enough.

What a wonderful company to do business with. Excellent customer service, very quick delivery and 5* in every aspect. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Just taken delivery of my new cushions. Super quick delivery. Lots of helpful info on the website. Definitely order the Dacron and stockinette. It’s a must. At first I thought they were too hard but within a day or so they’ve settled in and are comfy. Highly recommended company.

I don’t normally write reviews but felt gbfoam was the exception.
I’ve just received foam for my snuggle chair and can’t believe the difference it’s made. It’s gave it a new lease of life. Well done.

Previously I gave 2 stars to GB Foam but now I'm giving them 5 stars as they were great and sortd out the problem of the foam cut being too large for my cushion.
My husband said I should've contacted them before writing a review! Anyway, they've been great! A second cushion was cut which was also too large!! In the end I sent the old cover and I now have exactly what I wanted so VERY pleased!!!

I was unsure which shape/density to order. I had an email conversation with Sophia and to be on the safe side she even called me. The cushion foam arrived within 22 hours, fitted the cover perfectly and the absolute correct firmness. First class product and service. Thanks to Sophia.

We needed replacement cushions for our sofa and were very specific about the 'softness' of the foam. They were extremely knowledgeable and advised us on the exact specification to attain what we needed. Also their customer service was exceptional and email queries were responded to extremely quickly and the turnaround time from order to arrival was remarkable. If you need foam cushions I wouldn't hesitate in recommending that you use GB Foam.

Great quality cushions. Easy to request exact cutting to size. Super fast delivery
