My contact was Neil Armstrong who i believe is one the managers there. He was very very patient, open and honest and contactable and helpful as n when i needed to chat with him. Also, once the car was ordered i was dealing with the admin team who where equally very patient n understanding.

I rarely leave reviews, but the service I received was exceptional. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless. Eliza and Chris were both outstanding, responsive, helpful, and incredibly efficient. I don’t think I’ve ever had emails answered as quickly as they did! On top of that, the deal I got on the Volvo XC60 was by far the best I could find. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them !!

Couldn't have asked for a smoother process. Chris and Caitie were excellent and made the process as pain free as possible. It was a quick turnaround time, getting a new vehicle in less than a month. I couldn't be happier.Chris was super helpful with choosing the car/checking delivery/advice generally and Caitie was excellent at ensuring all the paperwork was in order and keeping me up to date.

I would highly recommend GB Vehicle Leasing! Their quote for my new car was cheaper then other providers but that was not the only reason I went with them. Tyler has been exceptionally helpful and responsive! The process to secure my vehicle has been very easy. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Neil Armstrong was brilliant, I really didn't know what car I wanted, what I needed to have included. He spent the time talking through ALL options, sending me several different quotes and really gave me the time I needed to find the car that was right for me.
Once the car was picked and ordered Eliza Hilton then took over, she checked in every few days with updates, answered any questions I had and again was just brilliant.
Both are a real credit to the company - thank you.

Unbelievable speedy service. Secured a lease from initial contact to full approval in less than 4 hours. All the team I dealt with, particularly Naomi, were professional, knowledgable and courteous. Highly recommended!

Great service. Neil Strong and Caitie Edge who both looked after me well. Neil managed to resolve issues and was able to get me good deal one my original deal fell through. Caite then kept me informed and sorted everything out for me including a timely delivery of the car.
