The service received warranted 5 stars but I am being a bit nit-picky in that one of the inflated plastic packing-pieces inside the box deflated during transit and the radio box was free to move around. Fortunately no damage was done.

Parcel arrived quickly but unfortunately was wrongly labelled. The company were very helpful and tried to sort it. An honest neighbour returned it to me so no harm done. This was the only place I could find this radio in white and I'm very pleased with it.

I had trouble with this order as Royal Mail delivered it to the wrong address. After some correspondence with G Craggs a replacement item was quickly sent to me via Parcel Force.

My hand blender broke, really wanted the new Ninja 3-in-1 Foodi blender. No one had it except this company. Got it sent out quickly, well packaged. No problems.

G Craggs is absolutely an amazing company and so recommended. They are a family company so nothing is ever too much trouble and they always go the extra mile. Just to make you happy and give you the extra service especially Andy and Matty. I had a problem with the original purchase and I went to them asking for their help and advice and they let me upgrade my TV as I was having issues with a previous purchase. I am so happy now with my replacement TV. Matty and Andy came to my house today and was so friendly and professional. I can’t recommend them enough. This company knocks spots all the other electronic companies in the area and really offers good customer service. And they always there for you if you need advice and assistance specially in after purchasing something from them. if I could give them six stars. Thank you again G Craggs!!!!!
