SCAM? Closed company?

I have paid and received an order confirmation, but nothing more concerning shipping. I email them but the official mail does not work. I try to login to the site and it constantly says my password is incorrect. I try to reset the password but no reset mail arrives. There is no way to communicate with them. I could not imagine that such a company would offer such "service". Hopefully I will get my money back via Paypal.

DO NOT BUY from them - could be a SCAM

Like others I have paid and received an order confirmation, but nothing arrives. I email them as per the confirmation - but get an undeliverable message. Next I use the email on the PayPal receipt - and the reply says no longer in use. I then try the query form on the website and get no response. The only thing this company have managed to get right is taking my money! Look at the other reviews and you will see this is a recurring them. THIS MAY BE A SCAM

Exceptional customer service. Thank. You John!

My case seems to do what it's meant to do and that's keep my phone from smashing if I happen to drop it. I had an issue with my case coming apart at the edge. I don't have anything negative to say about this unless it turns out to be a chronic issue. My main reason for reviewing is the customer service I received. The man's name was John and he was awesome. Extremley quick responses and an obvious effort to make me happy. It's only a $50 phone case but customer service like this goes a long, long way for me. I would absolutely recommend this company, simply for their customer service, if for the very least reason. 5 Stars for John. Thank you.

*BEWARE* It is a SCAM!

I placed an order for a phone case and have received not shipping confirmation and my package has not arrived in the allocated time frame set, I still have not received my item but worse still - I've emailed, tweeted and DM'd with no response. This is not a legitimate company and is a SCAM! Save your money and raise awareness about this fraudulent behaviour!

Ordered a phone case 10 days ago

Ordered a phone case 10 days ago, still haven't received my item but worse still - I've emailed, tweeted and DM'd with no response. Starting to think this is not a legitimate company and perhaps is a scam.

That also left scratch marks hope you can arrange your rep to view ASAP

Bought Oxford flip case for my new iPhone XS Max , however when taking phone out for weekly clean I noticed bad rubber marks on back of iPhone. Took to retailer who replied yeh it’s a poor manufacture issue Fuming and gear4 be ready if I don’t get reply I will take Action with trading standards

Appalling customer service

Placed an order around a week ago and got order confirmation number but no delivery confirmation.
I e mailed 4 times for an update and got no answer.
I called customer service and got put on hold and after 10 minutes still got no one to answer .
Eventually today I got an answer but the call did not get answered by gear4 it goes to Zagg in Ireland who were unable to trace my order with the numeric order number provided by gear4 .
Zagg advised that gear4 have a toll free number you can call after 2 pm as gear4 are not EU based .
There is no level of service from this company and whilst I appreciate it’s been a holiday period if they were going to be none operational for a week they should have stated this on their website at the time of ordering.
No one should have to endure such appalling service.

Perfect customer care and attention !

I bought a Gear4 phone case for my Samsung S9+ from Carphone Warehouse some months back. Unfortunately, the case developed a fault with the soft edges becoming detached from the clear perspex back. I went back to the branch of Carphone Warehouse where I had originally purchased the case and they proved totally disinterested and unhelpful. They just told me to make a claim on Gear4 under their lifetime guarantee and I could find all the detail online at their website. Rather annoyed that the selling retailer was not willing to take responsibility and had completely washed their hand of the product. However, I did decide to go online on to the Gear4 website and soon found the details required to contact them. I wrote an email to them with proof of purchase and screenshots of the faulty case and within a day I had received a courteous reply apologising for the problem and agreeing to replace the case. I replied with my postal address and to my astonishment the very next day the mail parcel arrived containing the new replacement case. I can only complement them and Amy in particular for their excellent customer service and care, such a contrast to Carphone Warehouse. I believe that this experience that I had from Gear4 customer service is the best care I could I have expected to receive in terms of their consideration and attention. (5 Stars) A special mention and thanks to Amy whom I dealt with and who was so helpful.

What’s more useless than a chocolate teapot ... Gear4 customer service ....After attempting to contact the company again and again still no reply I wonder if the company own a laptop/ PC/ tablet or a phone ... once again no reply the company is absolutely horrendous literally over a week no reply I’m sorry but that’s unacceptable - service was horrible, the case isn’t even all that and the after service / customer service is shocking

Great customer service.

I purchased a case and had a quality issue. Considering the hoops you normally have to jump through to make a claim with other companies I was reluctant to contact Gear4.

After reconsideration I contacted them and was pleased to hear they would replace my case. Becki only had a blue one in stock. Knowing i preferred a black one she encouraged me to take the blue one, wanting to ensure my phone was protected. Upon receiving it I was actually quite pleased with the blue case.

To my surprise a few weeks later, a black one came. I was not expecting this.

Excellent service, very much appreciated.

Online Purchase

I had tried to order a Gear4 case online but was experiencing some difficulty. I contacted Gear4 and came into contact with a young woman called Becki.
The help and support i received over many emails was absolutely first class. Becki dealt with everything in an extremely efficient and friendly manner until the matter was resolved to my complete satisfaction.
Having used Gear4 cases many times in the past I was always willing to recommend them but I can now also wholeheartedly recommend their Customer services as well.

My experience with Gear 4 has honestly been amazing. I have spoken to both Katie and Rebecca (Becki) and both were lovely! I have great respect and apreciation for how they consider and accommodate their customers! 5/5!

Fantastic Product and Service!!

Me and my partner Have used The gear4 cases for years now. Exceptional quality cases. My last one lasted 2 years before any sign of damage and I have a 2 year old who had dropped my phone countless times in that time. Was amazing still works now.
Brought one for my new phone which the rubber edging came off quite quickly, (7 months in, still an amazing product as ive dropped it whilst in this condition and it has still protected my phone) I contacted customer service today, who have within 3 hours reveiwed, replied and sent out an replacement. Fantastic service cannot fault this company. Thank you so much Rebecca ( Becki)
