Refreshing great customer service today from gear4. Emailed to make a warranty claim on my iPhone cover that had discoloured and turned brittle and received an reply within a couple of hours. Replacement cover is on its way. Thanks very much 😊

My iPhone case broke and I emailed the support team and got a lady called becki (Rebecca) helping me and she was an amazing person and she had great customer service went through my claim step by step to help me get a new iPhone case. Wonderful lady, would fully recommend her and the company as a whole amazing thank you.

Purchased the gear 4 D30 case the day after my galaxy s9+ came out. It hasn't even been a year and my case is now coming apart and became yellow. Extremely disappointed because I paid $49.99 at the time. I threw box away so no way of returning it

I have for serval years now used Gear4 cases for all my phone and bought it for my family member too. I once lost my phone from 5 stores up and my phone didn't break at all because of the case. Gear4 has a loyal customer in me.

I have the Picadilly with D30 technology on all the phones in my family. All 4 phones are top end expensive tools that we use to stay connected. My phone is an LG G6 and I couldn't imagine being without it for even half of a day. I am on disability and one of my illnesses causes me to blackout and fall asleep constantly all day. When this happens (about 4 days a week) I drop my phone every time. On average, I drop my phone every 1 to 2 minutes for about 6 to 8 hours. The drop is from a minimum height of 3 feet and up to 4 or more. After this happening for over a year, my phone is still in perfect condition. I snap awake when my phone hits my hardwood flooring, I do not have carpet anywhere. I always think that this time is going to be the time that I will be picking up pieces and not my entire phone but it hasn't happened, not even a crack. I have worked for Blackberry among other companies in technology and have always had a cell phone and have used almost every case available all claiming to protect your device from drops but my situation has always been extreme and the only case that has been successful in protecting my phone has been the Gear4 Picadilly with D30 technology. Not even the popular case that is named after that carnivorous weasel was successful in performing it's duty. The only way I got to experience the Gear4 fast and pleasant customer service is because my son's iPhone 6s case had slowly separated and I decided to inform them about it and it was replaced as fast as the delivery service could get it over the pond to me. It's not often these days to find a company that delivers on their product claims and backs up their claims when they need to, putting a high value on your hard earned dollar. Gear4 makes you feel like you are getting more for your money, because with this case you are. Thank you.

After 7/8 months the case of my phone got ugly (silver became yellowish) got a prompt replacement for a new one. Excellent customer care👌👍

I bought a D30 case for my iPhone 5S in November 2017. At £35 from Carphone Warehouse it was a lot more than I'd normally pay for a case (and they've dropped in price since then - I think they're about £25).

It's been very good and has definitely saved my phone from some nasty drops.

However, after 8 months the cover has started to delaminate and the pocket for bank cards has stretched so they won't stay in the wallet.

To their credit, Gear4 have offered to replace it without quibbling.

Carphone Warehouse however just washed their hands of it saying it had a six month warranty. So top marks to Gear4 and Boo to Carphone Warehouse.

After doing some research on the best cases for my iPhone, I decided on a gear 4 as not only do they offer great protection but they look good too. Customer service was excellent and postage was super quick. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

I have a samsung galaxy s8 and part of my case had accidentally snapped. After emailing customer service to inform them of the situation i recieved a reply from a lady named rebecca. She was quick to respond and she was very helpful, sending a new case straight out.
When the new case arrived i opened the parcel to find it was for a galaxy s9. After looking back through my emails i realised i had typed s9. I emailed again to apologise for my mistake and once again her attitude was briliant, friendly and she assured me that the correct case will be with me in a few days.

Thanks to Rebecca's customer service i can highly reccomend gear4 and will be sure to purchase from them in the future.

My Granddaughter damaged her new iPhone and after the repair I asked the shop to recommend a case for the newly repaired phone. The young person serving me took her own phone out of her pocket and threw it across the shop, picked it up and threw it back. She then showed me the unmarked and working phone and said "This is the case to get" Gear4. An extreme case of salesmanship but effective and showing her faith in the Gear4 product. Naturally I contacted Gear4 directly and they have kindly sourced the exact case that my Granddaughter wanted, even though it was technically out of stock.

I have a gear4 case for my iPhone8 and I am entirely satisfied with the quality of the product. In the past, I opted for cheap cases bought online but inevitably my cell phone would get damaged as the cheap cases failed to protect the edges. Gear4's case is sturdy, sleek looking, functional, the buttons are responsive and do not make your phone look or feel bulky. Adding to that, they have great customer service and should you have any issues with the case they deal with it promptly and fairly.

credit when credit is due,had a small issue wish my phone case and i contacted gear 4 about this problem and i was promptly messaged back by a friendly customer support employee called becki and she was more than happy to help me with the issue with my case,4 dsys later i had a brand new case delivered to my home.
great cases and superb customer care.
