The shopping process was one of the nicest experience, and they offer fantastic product at affordable prices. However, the item was packed very unprofessional and the item, sunglasses were left unprotected against damage. The package was damaged and hopefully nothing wrong happened to sunglasses.

It is a dishonest, clumsy company with an even worse customer service team. They sent me the wrong helmet and accused me of trying to exchange a product that they deny having sent the wrong one, but I have all the evidence with me that they made a mistake. Let the court decide who is at fault in this story.

After posting my review about my experience with Gearchange, I received a threatening email from the company on May 30, 2025, demanding that I remove my comment, calling it “slanderous,” and giving me a 7-day deadline to remain silent.

This action, far from being an isolated incident, exposes the company’s true nature: intimidation, bad faith, and a total disregard for consumer rights. Instead of responding to criticism with professionalism and transparency, they resort to coercive tactics — as if it were acceptable to silence an unhappy customer through threats.

Gearchange has proven itself to be an untrustworthy company, unfit to deal with the public and clearly willing to manipulate consumer perception through pressure and fear. It's not enough that they mishandle orders — they also try to erase all public evidence of dissatisfaction.

The threatening email I received will be submitted to the court as part of the legal action I have filed against the company. To anyone considering buying from them: think twice before trusting a business that responds to honest reviews with intimidation.

Reviews for online purchases seem futile as there is no personal interactions so I am really only reviewing how good the website is and delivery. Delivery for the most part is out of any companies hands other than the chosen couriers so is again futile.

That said the items arrived quickly and the price was the best out there.
