Yet another great customer service and product experience with Genie Hand. I wouldn’t buy this kind of safe (if one even exists) from any one else then Dan and Genie Hand!

My experience with the Time Lock Countdown safe has been exceptional. The product has been reliable and sturdy. I have used it successfully for over 3 years. All efforts to contact the company have been easy and met with a quick and helpful response. I highly recommend this product.

I've purchased both this model and the premium motorized model, and I've been extremely impressed with both. While they're both excellent products, I personally prefer the premium motorized model because of its ease of use. Unlocking it with the fingerprint reader is incredibly convenient, and I really like that it's motorized, so I don't have to manually open and close the door each time.

This safe is very solid, heavy, and well-built. It was straightforward to set up, and the timer has worked reliably. I also really appreciate the deposit slot. The angled design makes it easy to drop items in, but very difficult to retrieve them without waiting for the timer, which is exactly what it's designed to do.

I've owned other timed lock boxes that I was eventually able to break into. This one feels much more secure and inspires a lot more confidence.

For me, this safe has been invaluable for helping with impulse control and creating enough time to make better decisions. It has done exactly what I hoped it would do and has made a meaningful difference.

The batteries do not fall out like one customer mentioned in an older review. That has not been my experience with either of the current models.

I also want to mention the customer service. They were kind, prompt, transparent, and genuinely pleasant to work with. It's refreshing to find a company that stands behind its product and treats customers so well.

Overall, I highly recommend this safe to anyone looking for a dependable, high-quality countdown safe. This has been a great tool for habit breaking.
