Awsome product it smell very good and the smell last a long time and the delivery came fast to but its abit expensive

Forgive me for being naive but I thought the jars would actually be full but they aren’t, they’re about 2 thirds full which considering the price is disappointing and in my opinion very underhand. The product is ok but nothing special, I certainly won’t be buying again.

As a body cream it is quite good but they advertise on their amazing fragrances implying that you will never have to use an aftershave again. They smell truly awful. Cheap smelling at best. I threw the 3 pots out and realised I'd completely wasted my money. Lesson learned.

Ordered the aventus. Smells nothing like it. Just like a standard body butter.

I have been waiting for my item to be delivered,no show,sent 8 e mails asking where my item is? not 1 reply back , I am now £40..00 out off pocket.😡

The scent is simply very weak. It’s hard to actual level smell it. Not as expected at all. This was the Eud Wood scent. Very poor.

They've taken 3 weeks to send something. Now tell me they're out of stock and 'cannot refund me'. A scam

As a moisturising body butter, the product is decent. For the fragrances that are advertised, and at the cost, it's disappointing. To be fair, what little fragrance is there does actually last quite a while... but you have to get really close to notice it.

I purchased the Gents Body Butter in Ombré, Aventus, and Oud Wood — and I’m seriously impressed. The scents are incredible, rich without being overpowering, and they last well throughout the day. The texture is spot on too, absorbs nicely and leaves the skin feeling soft, not greasy.
Delivery was quick, and customer service was excellent, which made the whole experience even better. Even a little follow up email to give instructions on keeping the products smelling great by regularly stirring up the butter. I’ll definitely be ordering more once I start running low. Highly recommend.

Placed an order received in two days! Which I was soo happy about paid 30 for delivery! Item came and i sprayed it loved! And it’s leaked everywhere!!! All over my expensive bag!!!!!!

Superb customer service.

Unfortunately my item was damaged in transit and Gents were very quick to apologise and offer a refund. This shows that they genuinely care about their customers, not many companies value legendary customer care in the beauty market but gents offer great pricing on High end products, just a shame on this occasion the courier let them down.

I will definitely recommend and reorder with gents in the future!

Got a face product when I visited Sweden in May, sadly I couldn’t find the product here in the UK and have searched high and low. Luckily, I came across Gents, found the products and even emailed to check for any additional/ custom charges for the amount I am paying and the response was prompt (within 24 hrs) and just a few hours after purchasing, I received a notification from DHL. Received the items within 2 days. Fantastic value, efficient staff and delivery. Overall brilliant first time experience. Will use again! Thanks Gents. 👍

Great range of products, fantastic pricing.

It seems their distribution centre is based in Sweden and I have had a couple of issues with UPS and the whole custom side of things during the importation of my order (but hey ho, that's Brexit for you!)

I've been in email contact with Gents.co.uk the entire time and they have been efficient and friendly with their responses - it's just UPS who have marred my experience a little but I'm not here to rate UPS or Boris' arrangements with the EU so 5 stars for Gents.

Fantastic service. Hadn't used them before so did some research beforehand and so glad I decided to shop with them... great product, really good value and delivery much quicker than I expected! Bravo Gents, will be recommending to my friends.

My first time ordering from gents.co.uk and I have to say I really am impressed with the service.

Very good price point for the particular item I purchased, a beautiful fragrance from one of my favourite luxury/niche houses and included free tracked delivery to the UK, which arrived ss promised in the 2-4 day window.

Really pleased with my first experience with gents as there is always a slight apprehensiveness when you make your first purchase uning an unfamiliar site, but I will have no hesitation when purchasing from gents.co.uk next time and look forward to exploring some of the other great houses stocked website

I'll be keeping an eye out for any special offer codes (should this be something that gents.co.uk) offer at times. My only suggestion would be adding a couple of complimentary samples.
Nevertheless a quality service no doubt and wouod be happy to recommend it based upon my experience :)
