My first time ordering from gents.co.uk and I have to say I really am impressed with the service.

Very good price point for the particular item I purchased, a beautiful fragrance from one of my favourite luxury/niche houses and included free tracked delivery to the UK, which arrived ss promised in the 2-4 day window.

Really pleased with my first experience with gents as there is always a slight apprehensiveness when you make your first purchase uning an unfamiliar site, but I will have no hesitation when purchasing from gents.co.uk next time and look forward to exploring some of the other great houses stocked website

I'll be keeping an eye out for any special offer codes (should this be something that gents.co.uk) offer at times. My only suggestion would be adding a couple of complimentary samples.
Nevertheless a quality service no doubt and wouod be happy to recommend it based upon my experience :)

Just purchased a watch from them and found moisture inside and returned it now they not replaying the email . The phone number is not in use so please be aware before you buying anything from them.

Started an order (gift for my father), entered my payment details w/ address assuming I could enter a different shipment address later. 1st failure: You *cannot* enter a different shipment address, so orders will only go the the address linked to your payment details.

Immediately contacted customer support both via the web form as well via e-mail asking them to ship to the other address.

2nd failure: After two working days (!) I got a response from a customer service representative (Zendesk), regretting that the order had already been shipped to my home address, not the different address.

Though they offer a broad range of products for acceptable prices, gents.com does not offer an acceptable service, neither regarding the order nor the fullfilment process.

Never ever again.

The customer service i received is something every company should strive for! They we're most helpful in answering my questions and resolving a slight issue i had.
Will definitely be using in the future!

I ordered several items from the company and the service was second to none. The products where lovely and exactly as described. My better half loved using them and still does. It was one of few places where we could get what we wanted and I will always go back to this company when I next need to order products. Great service.
