Had a problem with one of my Airmoto tire inflators that I most likely caused by charging it improperly. They took the time to help me fix it, but when they realized it couldn't be fixed, they informed me a replacement unit would be sent even though my warranty period had expired. The company and its people are exceptional.

I was having an issue and accidentally ordered 4 items instead of 2. I was feeling a little flustered as I am on a budget for Christmas. They got back to me quickly and helped resolve my issue right away.They were professional, kind and helpful.
