Stated on initial...Arianne was prompt and professional. Helped diagnosing the problem. While reset didn't work, offer to replace despite technically being past 1 year warranty was greatly appreciated. You folks certainly stand behind your product...and it's a very good one. Great customer service. I sent an email and not only was it answered immediately same day but issue was resolved without one of those "we recieved your email and we will get back to you shortly" type of auto response. I am so impressed with the company and it's product
