Over a week ago ordered a personal necklace had no update had no email had nothing whatsoever. I’ve contacted live chat as emailed God knows how many times the necklace is for a birthday present and I’ve had no response whatsoever. Customer service is absolutely terrible and the fact I’ve had no email on any order update is disgusting will not be using this again.

Bought the Make Palestine Free Again cap, love the colour, the fit and most importantly the message of solidarity for Palestinians. A portion of sales goes towards donations to Palestine too. Communications was excellent, would purchase from this seller again.

They were extremely polite and they kept me informed about delivery or any concerned I might have .They are absalutly amazing on service and jewellery if I could afford it I would by eveything ☺️

Delivery was given when it said it was going to be given, which was great. The 2 items I purchased was 10/10, packaging was really good.

Very fast response. By mistake I was posted out the wrong pictures I contacted them and they where very quick on responding and the right ones where posted out to me I got them within 3 days and they let me keep the other pictures to definitely recommend getdawah dont listen to the negative reviews I was stressed when I read them but they are not true I had best service from them

items are fine, quality of their items are fine. ive ordered from here before and everything was fine and i got my item on time. the horrible part this time round was is the delay i had in receiving my order lol. it said 1-3 working days. why did i have to wait 3 weeks for it to arrive? also they stated in an email that one of the items i bought were out of stock?? then why display it was in stock on the website??? and then when i was asking for updates and an explanation as to what took so long i got nothing except that they stated my order is coming. my order THANKFULLY arrived two days before i needed it but that was delivery time disappointing. i’m still waiting for a response to my email with an explanation as to what went wrong lol.

Purchased a bracelet from here (ayatul kursi bracelet) and the script was so unreadable. I requested a refund by email (which is the correct process). 3 months have go by with no reply. What a waste of £20.. do not buy from here.

Beautifully crafted necklace. The custom order might take time to make but that is only cos the level of attention to detail is very high. Every sharp edge is smoothed and well made. It's sturdy and a gift for life. I am one happy customer who will definitely order again.

Order if you want to wait over a month for your item to arrive. And then when you email politely you get a rude and abrupt email back. I appreciate it says somewhere on the website that they have high demands but when you checkout it says at the top 1-3 days. Perhaps think about removing that and then the negative reviews about the company will stop too. You can’t expect customers to go hunting for information. Make it clear before they pay you their hard earned money.. “your item will take over a month.”

The item I received was a present for my friend. I really wanted to like it because I’d waited for so long but it’s cheaply made. The Arabic name bit is thin and you can just tell it’s cheap quality from looking at it. The chain is frail and will probably snap eventually. I wish I’d picked another place to order this present. I won’t be using this company ever again.

I recently purchased a Dua of Travel - Car Hanger, from Getdawah, after performing a Google search for one. I had not heard of Getdawah before, but their reviews looked great. I was pleasantly surprised, not only by the fast delivery, but also by the beautiful quality of the item, and the presentation. What sold this for me further, was that a donation from my purchase goes to Palestine charities, which is a cause very close to my heart.
