Massively let down
Ordered on the 12th December delivery was meant to be the 17th December in time for Christmas order status now says delivery due 4th January this has been changed twice ,ordered something sentimental for my mum who will not see another Christmas so when my item arrives sometime in the future it is not needed or wanted iv now gone out and bought something else so buying something from getting personal has cost me twice as much due to no arrivals on time

Shocking customer service no one responds to emails and online chats. Still don’t know if my hamper is going to be delivered!!

Ignored by customer service
Placed my order for photomug on Sunday and all looked ok. When i received confirmation I saw the photos were not right. I messaged and emailed them immediately to see if my order can be amended. Here we are a week later, product delivered with photos not right AND no one has responded to my query. TBH better getting it done elsewhere and paying a little bit more! Shocking customer service.

My order I placed on the 6th December was meant to arrive on the 12th.
Now it’s estimated arrival isn’t until the 4th January.
Really disappointed as this was meant to be a Christmas present!!!
Northern Ireland buyers beware
I ordered one of the personalised maps and was excited at the thought of this unique present. I filled in the details with my Northern Ireland postcode and the order was processed and my email said delivery 20th December. That gave plenty of time but that wasn't my issue. On the 16th Dec I received an email to say they couldn't do the map as they don't have maps for this country. Sorry what?! We are part of the UK and if that was the case then surely there should be a filter when you add your postcode and address fir the personalised jigsaw? I was bitterly disappointed and did respond to their cancellation email but have heard nothing.
Ps. The rest of my order due yesterday hasn't arrived but I'm assuming with a personalised football they do have all the letters available to complete!

Brilliant company. I have used them several times and the items are always good. They have lots of lovely gift ideas- often very unusual and quirky.

I bought this gift that was due to arrive on the 15th December ahead of a birthday - it now says it won't arrive until 7th Jan. I've emailed asking to cancel the order and I've had no response in over a week.

No Customer Service
The product arrived broken (which happens, that is fine), but its been over a week of daily emailing, using their ChatBot etc to try to contact them and nothing...the event I needed the product for has passed, so their product is now redundant and still no feedback, email or call. I am not sure anymore if they will ever reply or if I ll get credit/money back. Shame, I thought I found a good company to regular use
