Excellent Fan. Quiet & Powerful
Bought as a replacement. Wanted a more powerful one and also quieter.
This fan is both.
Manual says the timer is factory set to 15 min but was over 20 but simple to adjust. Look out for the tiny clear plastic thing that fits over the hole on the front where the blue light is. Easily lost. Bit of clear silicone held it in place.

Quick delivery and reasonable price
Quick delivery and reasonable price. Apart from having to re route the wires as electrical connection box is in a different place than my old fan. Works well and nice quite sound when running.

I didn’t have a clue about bathroom fans
I didn’t have a clue about bathroom extractor fans! I rang Gil-Lec after reading a review on another company page, that said Gil-Lec was cheaper.
I got through to Matt and he explained the different types of fans and how they work. We compared a couple of models and his knowledge about them and everything related to the fans/wiring/extraction was brilliant.
He was really friendly and explained it in an easy to understand way, he was so helpful. He said to call back if I was unsure of anything and they would help me out. I bought the fan and it’s much better than my previous one, I’m really pleased I found this company for if I need anything in the future.
