I have just had a call with Matt Lowe who has helped me massively on pulling reports for the Water Sector. He was available super quickly and even did some pre work before our call which made everything so much easier for me! Hidden Auto-renew Policy
Hidden Auto-renew Policy.
Do not get involved with this company. They have a 90 day notice period to avoid their auto-renewal, which they let lapse without notifying you. After this they will not let you cancel and they will extort thousand of pounds from you with the threat of legal action. They extorted £6500 from us for a service we didn't want and tried to cancel 1 month before it renewed.

Beware this company
Beware this company. They have an auto-renew policy in their contract that kicks in 3 months before the actual renewal. The only message you get about this is 6 months before renewable. We tried to cancel 1 month before renewable which they won't allow and are threatening us with legal action. They are effectively stealing thousands of pound from a small business by adopting an unethical business practice.

Our account manager Matt Lowe is very efficient and helpful. Always goes over and above and quick to come back with any training, solutions and new features. Glenigan is a dream!
My journey with Glenigan has been a few years now, and long may it continue.
I first signed up to Glenigan after a wholly comprehensive review of us via Lianne Jaxon, who gave us complete confidence in the usability and results we could gain, the portal further justified her knowledge.
I've moved to a new company, and knew that Glenigan would give me the data insights that I require, so went through a similar process to onboard. My account manager Matthew Lowe is excellent, he answers questions quickly, works with me so I gain benefit in the system, and isn't fazed by silly questions that might seem trivial to others.
I'd recommend Glenigan to anyone, I just hope my competitors don't realise!

Great Service yet again
I have worked with Glenigan for a number of years and found there information to be game changing when it comes to project mapping. Very recently I have engaged with Lorna Youl a Key Account Manager at Glenigan who went the extra mile for me in obtaining key information along with her research team in obtaining information for a project which enabled me to make contact with the relevant people to gain access to hopefully a prestigious project.
