Easy to order; quick delivery; driver forgot to deliver a parcel but GLS noticed before I needed to get in touch and arranged for the box to be redelivered promptly.

Late delivery
Update: GLS replied the next day to apologise and put things right. I was really impressed with their genuine professionalism in dealing with this.
Original review: Unfortunately the clay arrived a day later than stated missing the club it was planned for. When it did arrive a day late the cardboard box was split open.

We received our delivery, and unfortunately the boxes were damaged. After sales support were amazing, replacing all the damaged items which were shipped very quickly. Thank you very much!

Shocking delivery service
Ordering was fine, but delivery was unacceptable.. The DPD driver drove right past my office and delivered elsewhere saying I wasn't in - I was! This was a valuable parcel and should have been dealt with more carefully
