DPD have been to my address twice
DPD have been to my address twice. The first time I wasn't at home so I arranged a redelivery, the 2nd time I was. Plus, 4 of my neighbours were also at home. The driver didn't try to get inside the building where there were several places he could have left the parcel or indeed come straight to my front door. In addition, there was no option to tell him this via the DPD messaging service. The only option is redelivery so I am not doing this again. I can only assume the order will be returned.

For some strange reason the last two orders were sent to the wrong address.
Emails advising of time of delivery were also sent to the wrong email address.

I have not received my items they’ve been delivered whilst the school has been closed and I have not had any communication back regarding this delivery .
