Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're delighted to hear that, despite our recent warehouse relocation, your order arrived quickly and was safely delivered.

We're sorry, however, that the delivery charge to Highland addresses was a source of frustration. We understand your concerns and appreciate that delivery costs can feel disappointing, particularly when they differ significantly by postcode. Unfortunately, some of our courier partners apply additional charges for certain remote areas, which are outside of our direct control.

That said, we're pleased we were able to get your order to you within a couple of days and that your items arrived safely. We truly value your feedback, as it helps us review our services and explore ways to improve the experience for all of our customers.

I can see the item you purchased was made twice at different times and both orders were reported as damaged. The first order was refunded in full without collection and the second order is waiting for collection for a full refund. I cannot see you have responded to our customer service team advising your availability for this collection at this time. Please respond at your earliest convenience to ensure a speedy collection and refund is processed following inspection.

I was pleasantly surprised that the items I ordered arrived so quickly, especially as the company was in the process of relocating. Despite this, the service was excellent, and my order arrived promptly. I was very impressed and would happily order from them again.
