Dismal experience. Non-existant customer service.

Put through an order, which they sat on for 4 days with no update. When I reached out to them to ask when it would be shipped, they sent me an auto reply saying they didn't have stock of the item and refunded my order. When I checked their website, the item was still in stock. When I reached out asking for an explanation, hoping that maybe they got things wrong, they wouldn't reply. Hopeless experience.

Order Cancelled

I’ve tried multiple times to purchase a top the online store which has been said to be in stock, and every time my order has been cancelled and I’ve been refunded.

If I could give a zero I would. Purchased a shirt online it arrived with security tag on, there are no stores in my area only option given was to return for a refund and repurchase went to buy again item kept saying they could not send to my area.
When questioned they said ot was because this item was not available so I waited until I got my Australia post notification to say they had received my return back and tried again throughout the day….website says two available but they will not post to me. They are shonky DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. Believe they have probably listed them for wrong price and do not want to sell it to me at that price.

Intentional dodgy/misleading sales

Product bought during "30% off sale". Product tag on item, from Adidas has product at AU price of $55.
However, when purchased at till, store changed 'original price' to $70, making the discounted sale price at $49.
When queried in store and via 'contact form' online, I was told the original price was $70 (despite showing evidence of the product tag price of $55). Watch out for future 'sales' where they up the price prior to sale!

AVOID

AVOID ! ! ! Glue Store sold a faulty North Face jacket and refuse to refund my money ($346). A North Face Flagship store and David Jones both acknowledge I had received a jacket that was way off when compared to the same size in the same jacket. The Glue Store are refusing to stand by the ACCC's 'Fit for purpose' law. I question are they selling seconds??? Maybe???

Terrible customer service

My order was left unfulfilled- chat function online is completely useless as is email. Eventually chatbot asked me if I wanted to speak to a person, as I kept telling it, it wasn’t being helpful! instead of providing details on my order they simply said yes your order is unfulfilled we have processed a refund. I would not order from them again! Hopefully refund comes through!

Absurdly rubbish customer service

Absurdly rubbish customer service. No number available to call. Just a wonky chat feature where the bozo assures you he'll contact the warehouse to follow up on your missing order, then never does.

Timeline of events:
Ordered some shoes on 9th June.

16th June - Contacted Customer Service via the chat function where I was told they would follow up with the warehouse and get back to me about my item (they didn't)

18th June - Contact Customer Service again. Again, was told me they would follow up about my item.

19th June - Was sent screenshots of the StarTrack website from customer service saying the status of my item was "waiting to be picked up" which I clearly already knew as I can access the same website. It also said the ETA was the 18th (the day before the conversation).

20th June - Contacted and asked for a refund.

23rd June - Was contacted and told they would reach out to the warehouse again and check on my order. I responded asking them to cancel the order and issue me a refund. No reply.

24th June - Once again contacted them asking for a refund. No reply.

As of now, still not resolved. Tracking website still says "waiting to be picked up" and the ETA is showing almost a week ago. No communication. No care. No service whatsoever.

Buy from anyone else but these idiots.

NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE 4 SUCH A HIGH PROFILED SHOP IN AUSTRALIA

Purchased a shoe which I thought was a men’s size because that is what was showing on the website it. After purchase it showed it was in fact a woman’s size, I emailed their customer service email that shows on their websitr and have not received any response. To make things worse once I received package I followed the prompts through their return policy and headed to their online returns postal which I still have not heard back from either. This is ridiculous service from a store which you’d expect better communication between consumer and the company. Felt scammed out of this purchase and I thought this would be a smooth process to return an item as it states in their return policy but has become a disaster. Complete BS

No refund

I bought clothes by gift card and they oversold stuff and I never get refund. They said they refunded to the gift card I used on the order and I tried to use it online then it says there's no refund. I bought stuff at end of March and middle of April and both time they did oversold. They often do oversold and You'll never get refund from them. I see someone commented they didn't get refund as well. I should have checked these reviews here before I placed order.

Ordered 2 pairs of sneakers in November…

Ordered 2 pairs of sneakers in November only one pair arrived no refund! My bank has confirmed 3 times there has definitely been no refund and the person replying from glue store just kept repeating that they processed refund and telling me to contact my bank.

They are now ignoring all emails where i have attached messages from westpac confirming there has been no refund!!! So basically they have taken $165 for stock they never had and kept my money!!!!!’

Do not purchase from Glue Store!

I purchased a pair of VANS Unisex Cruze Too Cc Sneakers in '2-Tone Suede White' from the Glue online store. Unfortunately, when I received the box, it contained two different coloured shoes. I reached out to their customer service online and found it to be atrocious and deceitful. The customer service agent going under the name, Mino, provided me with an Australia Post return label to their parent company office in Sydney (Accent Lifestyle Pty Ltd, 59 Goulburn Street, Level 2, HAYMARKET NSW 2000) only for the package to be returned to me as the office has since closed! Once I wrote back to the online customer service agent, all further communication has gone unanswered. Check out the online reviews for Glue Store at Goole and Trustpilot and you will see similar experiences. I only wished I had read these reviews myself prior to making an online purchase with their store. Buyer beware!

Very Poor service

Please don’t order online they don’t take any responsibility if they sent your items on wrong address. I tried to update them that they put the wrong address on my order but they kept saying we put correct address. How irresponsible they told me to contact courier company not them. They can’t do anything. They don’t respond to the emails or chat option is useless.

Security tag left on my jumper. Contacted customer service by email and they are just rude. If it is the fault of the store person that they security tag is left on then the customer should be accommodated.
Even though I mentioned numerous times I was unable to attend the store due to being off my feet after surgery and the store being an hour away, the customer service person (Melissa) kept advising that I could go back to the store to have it removed...

Mind you my sister was in Sydney city and took it to one of the stores in there, with a receipt and they were unable to remove due to the tags being different.

Customer service really is dead at Glue Store.

Awful experience

Awful experience. I ordered online and waited nearly 3 weeks for the order to be delivered. I got in touch and was told they must have had a glitch!!!! and sent the refund. What kind of company uses a glitch as an excuse? I wish I had read the reviews before I wasted so much time.
