Nutritiously Designed and Gourmet Delicious
Gobble is simply the Best meals provider we have tried, and we tried 5. Their meals for 2, are enough for 3. Fresh Ingredients arrive in perfect quantity, sauces made and well marked, instruction card the size of a placemat for easy reading, AND you decide the meal choices ahead of time.

I'm in Love with this Company
I found Gobble on a Reddit board. I had never heard about it, but people were saying great things about it in comparison to the other meal service companies. There was a little hiccup in delivery, but they made that right. Their customer service is top nothch. The representative resolved my issue while were on the phone - plus, answered all my questions. And THE FOOD IS DELICIOUS!!! I was hoping it would be good, but everything I've tried has exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this company.

I had not used Gobble for a while
I had not used Gobble for a while. I moved and wanted to make sure my address was correct. I never request to restart my delivery. I changed my address only. They restarted my delivery and sent to old address, even though I changed my address. Now, they will not credit me the whole amount and insist I restarted my delivery. I spoke to someone in another country that I can’t barely understand. I will never use Gobble again.

In November 2020, when this complaint was lodged, we immediately connected with the reviewer and issued a full refund. We were unable to verify these claims, and no proof was submitted. We take food safety very seriously with vendor qualification programs and strict controls for foreign objects. We are always here to help and resolve concerns.
Food arrives rotten and Gobble doesn't respond to me
I have been a Gobble customer for 6 years..and really enjoyed the service. But over the past year, vegetables arrived rotten--because they had been frozen in the shipping process. I reached out to Gobble 7 times..emails, chat bot, etc. No one ever responded. I told them I was going to suspend the service after 6 years. No one ever responded. So I moved on. I was tired of throwing out rotten food and being ignored after being a loyal customer for 6 years

I also think cost is getting too high.

Takes the tedious prep-work out! I love how quick and easy most Gobble meals are, and they're SO good. I have yet to get a meal that I didn't like. I love the opportunity to swap out proteins for others and easily customize meals. The price is a great deal.

Scammers and Theives
I logged in to see if the Holiday Box is available for pre-order. DID NOT ORDER ANYTHING. Even made sure all orders are in "skipped" status (because we only wanted the Holiday Box). No warning, no communication (before or after) and they charged my card almost $140--NO ORDER, NO AUTHORIZATION. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COST!!

We love gobble and recommend them always. We have tried so many menu services--and no one surpasses gobble's taste, quality, and ease of preparation. We often stop ourselves from eating out at a restaurant because gobble is restaurant quality--for a much better price--and truly, it is usually *better* than restaurant food!!!
