My animals have been seen by Goddard for the past 20 years and will continue doing so for the next20. They treat each animals with the time and care you would want your fur baby to recieve. Highly recommend

I visit with my tia and was really amazing vet dr very polite and the receptionist too . Excellent service.

Just amazing. Both Paulo, receptionist and nurse not only professional but kind and compassionate too. You can tell how much experience they have under their belts by the way they approach advice, customer service, handling your companion etc. My feline companion is 16 and very poorly indeed and they made both of us feel so safe in their hands. After 6 weeks of sheer stress and anxiety with another service I finally felt heard and that the right course of action was being taken to discover exactly what is wrong. We all need that in those times don't we? At this practice that is exactly what you will receive so I can't recommend them more highly.

My first time here for an emergency appt on the advice of my usual practice. From the person I spoke to when I rang to make the appt, the reception staff + the truly amazing vet - Jai Patel - everyone I encountered was warm + professional. Dr Patel went through every option, listened to my thoughts + was extremely reassuring. It's a great shame he's a locum at the practice as I'd definitely move my pets there!!

I’ve been taking my cats to Goddard Croydon for years and they have always been very compassionate and kind to my pets. Straightforward to book and appointment and their pet plan for parasite treatment is really handy.

Jo the vet at Canons Park Edgware practice is AMAZING. She was so kind to my cat Henry. She treated him so gently and so respectfully. I always know my pets are in safe hands at this practice.

Very good service as usual

£167 for annual vaccinations felt steep. No advanced indication of cost though I guess it was down to me to ask. Reception pleasant vet a bit surly (maybe just having a bad day).

In my lifetime, I’ve registered all of my pets with Goddards as their surgeries have been convenient for the places where I’ve lived. I’ve been coming to the current branch, Gidea Park, for the past 15 years - as you can imagine, not every experience with your pet is a regular check up nor is it always joyful but the staff and vet have always been attentive to mine and my pets needs. They’re very friendly and you can tell they love all animals, not just ‘in it’ for the money.

Took our cavachon to Goddard Wanstead, my husband came over very unwell the receptionist and staff cared for him immediately. Also called me to collect him as they were concerned for him driving. They aren’t only great with pets but also people! Huge thank you to them for their care!

Good service and vet was helpful

Millie was seen straight away and no waiting around. Explained what we needed to know and no pushing for extra products or more unnecessary appointments like my previous vet. 5 stars all round.

Five stars all the way! Professional, friendly staff, a great atmosphere and a genuinely positive attitude throughout. They were especially kind and caring with us and our two cats, Lulu and Milo, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended.

Very nice good and professional

Marianna and Deniz are absolutely amazing they were very helpful and stayed behind to see our kitten without hesitation, professional yet so friendly and caring to the situation, I highly recommend this vets because of these 2 ladies who make their customers feel comfortable and at ease knowing their pet is in good hands.

People were very helpful, but the prices being charged to assist with pup recovery are absurd.

We looked up the dog food and the paste we purchased for our dog, it was less than a quarter of the price on Amazon, pets at home and that’s without mentioning a few others.

Recommended to use as consultants, but never buy medication from them, you will be ripped off.

Staff are always very friendly and helpfull and quick to resolve any issues you your pet might have. Richard the vet is also very friendly and welcoming. He always fully explains the pets health issues and treatment/ reventarive measures. Been going to Gidea Park vets for 20 years now.
