I booked the insurance golf cover with you via howdidIdo email that was sent to me. This was to confirm the number of Balls I was to get free of charge with the special promotion using the link from
howdidIdo. The Customer Service Gentleman explained that I would receive these soon after The Insurance starts, up to 28 days.
Very happy with the explanation, the professionalism and the way he handled everything.
