I had a slight issue with the payment…
I had a slight issue with the payment merchant, but the customer service agent sorted it out for me.
The one thing that would have made it a 5 star would have been if there was options for the golf balls, I know Srixon make good golf balls but I play Taylormade, a voucher for American Golf or Amazon might be something to consider going forward.

Just to let you know, our free gifts can take up to 28 working days to arrive from the start date of your policy. This timeframe includes the 14-day cooling-off period, as well as the time needed for processing, packaging, and delivery. You will be emailed once they are dispatched and out for delivery.
As your policy start date is 01/08/2026, you're still within this delivery window. If your golf balls haven't arrived after the 28 working days have passed, please don't hesitate to get in touch and we'll be happy to investigate this further for you.

Simple - you want to £48.00 off me to continue my cover!!!!! I have been a customer of yours for over 10 years plus!!!! ...I note a new customer can now join for £26.00 AND gets a free dozen srixon ad333's thrown in....your taking the proverbial!!!!!... my contracts cancelled unless of course you want to give me a dozen srixons too...
