I've purchased a number of items now…

I've purchased a number of items now from GolfGear Direct, and have yet to find fault! They are extremely competitively priced, offer a fantastic Loyalty Scheme, and great customer service to boot!
Recently purchased a Garmin S70 watch, superb Black Friday deal, and it arrived the very next day, which actually was a Saturday, and that was just free standard delivery I might add!!
This golf retailer comes highly recommended IMHO...!

Problem is being dealt with. Clubs were not what I had envisaged

Further to your email conversation with our customer service team, as you know we did email you back within 12 minutes of your original complaint regarding the wedges you have purchased and certainly have not ignored you.
We have been trading in the golf industry for over 30 years and have held an account with Cobra for the same period of time. You may not believe that these wedges are genuine Cobra clubs but I can 100% assure you that they are and we have never dealt with fake or non genuine products.
As discussed, we are sending the images you have emailed to us on to Cobra and they will respond to us as to the best course or action form here to assist you with your complaint. They will also be able to confirm that these are genuine Cobra wedges, so to allay your fears and to give you confidence that you do not need to question our integrity.
We will be back in contact with you as a matter of urgency once Cobra have advised the best way to proceed from here.
