All worked out as designed.

Hotdeals is not hot. and could be illigal. We should consider a class action law suit. I am convinced it is the only thing that will stop them this horrible behavior.
The service is non-existent. Golf Now not only not refund your money on a hot deal, they create conditions into which one can only use the credits in a limited fashion. can't apply it to an existing tee time and pay the difference, essentially allowing Golg Now to keep your money in their bank account earning interest. they get "the float" on the money and you give "the shaft". Horrible policy. Guarantee 10 out of 10 consumers don't read the fine print. I will be telling everyone I know how horrible your company is.

Paid for 18-hole round with a cart but paid full price and had to walk.

I booked a tee time at a prominent course in Westchester NY and it specifically indicated that a cart was included. I subsequently learned that after 11/1, the course was walking only so I cancelled. My confirmation also indicated that a cart was included. When I received the credit card statement, the refund wasn't included. I immediately called and was told by the representative that a Golf Now credit was issued. The rep said that if my confirmation indicated that a cart was included, they would refund the money. A supervisor got on the phone to say that it was standard to say that but that the reservation page said it was walking only. After a lot of back and forth, he wouldn't refund the money but extended the time to use the credit an additional 3 months. This entire experience was not acceptable and I doubt I will use them again.

I didn’t intentionally press the buy button on a hot deal. I hit the back button and tried to cancel my order instantly but the purchase still went through . After calling customer service, they refused to refund me my money. Now I have 6 months to use the credit. Not to mention, it’s not easy to reach customer service either.

I have never had any kind of issues with booking on GOLF NOW... and I've been using GN foro about 10 years.....Keep on doing what you're doing.....

Very friendly user site, good pricing & easy to book

Total con beware the Taylormade benefit does not exist! Rung three times to be told they are waiting for codes. Cause they are joined 14 weeks ago a nothing.

The booking experience is horrible. Fees are outrageous. The worst part is their cancellation policy. You don't get refunds, only "account credit" and those expire in 6 months. These "credits" are also highly restricted. Can only be used on "hot deals" and not regular bookings. Shady and ridiculous business practices. Avoid.

Easy process to identify courses given the zip codes and surrounding areas.

Your website is very easy to use. The pricing information, including what is owed now and later at the course, is clear for my understanding.

GolfNow terrible. Charged me twice for one time I attempted to book. Never got the confirmation or the tee time but GolfNow charged by debit card twice. They said you may get refund 2-3 days.

You call that customer service?

Great course. Wide open. Very nice staff.

The app is so easy to navigate

To get the best experience I buy the yearly membership. I get 10 $10 tee time credits that I can use off if tee times. I can book before noon and use the credit. Can change how many miles for search. I get a $40 credit to TaylorMade website. I get 10 free tee time cancellations that can be used up to an hour before the tee time. 2 occassions had same course close due to weather and didn't find out until I got there. Called Golfnow, which in turn called course to verify closure, then issued return with no issues. Only complaint is when calling customer service I didn't find an option to connect with a live person, so I randomly kept choosing wrong input number until I finally got through. Occassionally prices on there may be higher than the course rate but I find that extremely rare. Also with the app you get the tee time fees waived, at least 10 per year. Overall I have saved a large amount this year booking for myself and my golfing buddy.

Simple and easy on-line booking

I woke up the morning on the day I had my tee time and had severe lower back pain. There was no way I could play. I went on your website and observed where I could not get a refund for mine and my son-in-laws golf unless it was 24 hours prior to our tee time.

Well, unfortunately injuries can happen within that 24 hour time period and Golf Now will not even issue a credit for golf at a later date. Not sure I will use Golf Now for future bookings.

The layout of the course is very nice The people were nice. The greens was not in very good shape.
