I waited over 150 days for my grey zip hoodie and it never arrived. Messages are rarely answered; instead, they keep advertising the same or new pieces on social media. According to their website, the process takes a maximum of 105 days.

20 days ago, I opened a case with PayPal where I explained everything, and I got my money back without any issues. PayPal refunds work for up to 180 days — just a small tip for the other poor people who are still waiting desperately for their hoodie that will probably never arrive.

Btw: To this day, I still receive weekly email updates saying that for the past two months they haven’t shipped it yet because they’re still waiting for part of the delivery. Under his Instagram posts, there are tons of comments describing the exact same experience as mine.

Ordered in June 2025 a pre order hoodie from the zero drop vol2 and still nothing shipped at the moment (December 2025). Don’t listen to false five stars comments. Yes the vendor is sending « updates » about orders but it’s been months that they are saying the same thing over and over but nothing is shipped. It feels like a scam to be honest. I advise you to read the comments under their instagram posts or join their discord just to see how many people are complaining about not receiving things they already paid for. I’ll update this review if I ever get that hoodie but in the meantime don’t ever buy from them.

It's been 17 weeks and my order has not come and the company will not respond.

I ordered a the cyberpunk hoodie and received it within two weeks. No idea why some people think it's a scam. I've been a customer for a long time and never had any problems. Maybe the people don't understand what a preorder is :)

My Teen ordered his preorder Goni sweatshirt March 8, 2025, it is now November 15, 2025. We continue to receive emails that the mystery sweatshirt is coming. It is not! We are out almost $100. I tried to contact store numerous times and it’s impossible. Also tried to refund from the bank but because of the long nature of purchase I was denied! My teen was so excited for your sweatshirt and your company. What a disappointment.

Ordered the zero hoodie in March. It's been over 8 months, and I've yet to receive the hoodie or even have any updates from the Royal Mail tracking number I was given

Was promised back on the 2nd Sept my hoodie ship out within the next week and still nothing

Have emailed twice over last few days and heard nothing, I’m UK based.

Hoodie is “delayed” for months, all TikTok videos deleted so assuming it’s a big scam so would avoid

Don’t believe the positive reviews on this site. I’ve received nothing despite ordering in April. I’ve sent countless emails, Instagram messages & submitted forms on their site. No reply. £70 for a hoodie that has never been dispatched never mind received. Please don’t use them

Hoodie looks sick, although shipping was the biggest issue for me it is kind of worth the wait. If you don't mind 6-8 months of waiting for some drippy anime clothes Goni's catalog is for you :)

Hoodie was absolutely amazing quality and is everything I wanted and more. The only reason i cant put it at 5 stars is the extra delays it took to arrive. It wasn't a problem with me because customer support was amazing and very helpful. I do recommend joining the discord if you wanted earlier updates. If you think its a scam cause your products hasn't arrived I can promise they aren't. Thank you for the wonderful hoodie and very helpful customer service

Long delay however was out of business owner Goni's control, great quality and customer service was solid. Incredibly helpful when any problems arose. Hoodies were a pre-order with a few months wait time, so those leaving reviews saying it's a scam or anything of the sort are simply untrue. Great business that put customers first 👊

Purchased the edgerunners hoodie. Although it took awhile to arrive I’m glad for the wait, because it’s a really good hoodie.

Purchased the ZERO HOODIE from VOL1 drop back in March, was totally understanding of the delays, it is now end of July and they’ve apparently sent out all UK orders however my tracking is still saying that since 3rd of July Royal Mail are still expecting my parcel.

I’ve tried to contact Goni a few times via the web chat and haven’t had a single reply, even after I’ve mentioned I will be contacting my bank to do a chargeback as fulfilment of service has not happened.

I feel completely ignored and not informed of where my item I’ve paid for is. Shame as the designs and actual cost are really good.

UPDATE: 4th Spet 2025 No Update & No Hoodie

Like others, purchased a preorder hoodie at the start of the year. Accepted that had delays during production but as soon as it ‘Shipped’ there has been no updates to tracking information or reply from the business. I was really keen to get the hoodie from them but the lack of any customer support has turned me away from them. I would not suggest buying from Goni unless you want to waste money or wait months and months… I have now started the process to refund via my bank. Hopefully they can help me faster than Goni have!

GONI makes some exceptional clothing, although i waited many months for the hoodie to arrive, it was a pre-order so it was to be expected. The orders were given updates when GONI could and I appreciated their efforts as a small business

I ordered in April 4th and still haven't got my hoodie, they won't respond to my emails, and I'm getting worried! Yes the description said it would take long but come on. The royal mail said the haven't even received the package and the last update to them from goni was a month ago :(

Order in February - no hoody received until end of July. I have lost hope to get it. Very disappointing.
