Excellent service, from start to finish. Jodie is particularly good and amenable when viewing properties. The process was completed by Ann Dickman, Branch Manager. We were guided through the process with ease and precision. The delays all came from the property conveyancers I'm afraid. Pick these guys well! Letting agents frequently receive bad press for being unresponsive, inattentive and generally not meeting expectations of tenants and landlords.

We have been working with Goodfellows' various branches (Morden and Mitcham) for 20 years. Most recently the Mitcham's letting section has helped us to rent out our three bedrooms flat very swiftly to a professional couple. Worst ever experience...we just got keys for our rented property...it is not even cleaned, dirty everywhere, Louise just gave keys and went! no lighting...broken doors...garage without lock...been told just taken as it is.... and was rude on the phone

Maria was extremely helpful and available while I undertook renting a property through goodfellows. That said every time I contacted the office all the staff were lovely and always tried to make sure I ended up with the answer I was looking for and didn't just pass messages on like some offices would do. Would recommend.

Maria is a fabulous agent helping me find my new home from start to finish , my move was very complicated and Maria was with me guiding me , advising me and helping me to make sure myself and my children were happy . I would recommend Goodfellows and Maria is brilliant.

Assisting my daughter in finding and renting a flat was a new experience for us. Maria Morgan and her colleagues were very helpful and always returned calls if not available.
As first time renters I had no idea the level of checks and references that were required and made many calls querying various aspects, all were dealt with patiently.
I would use Goodfellows again if renting but equally important is the way they protect their clients interest, and would certainly use them if we buy a property to let.

I have to say that Goodfellows in Cheam have been the best estate agent I have ever dealt with. Lucy Putnam-Smith and Stefan Rojas have both been brilliant in our search for a property, Lucy first of all recommended the 1st place we saw, which we have now purchased and has always been in contact ever since to inform us of developments. Stefan, who is the branch manager, took us on 2 viewings at the same property after 7pm, which was almost 2 hours after the branch had closed. I couldn't recommend them anymore if you want to purchase a property or sell one through them. Thanks ever so much!!!
