Poor Customer service
Money taken on 4th Dec. Text saying delivery on 6th. Delivery company not received goods. NO reply from email and still nothing delivered by 13th. Been OK up to now but communication non existent.

I want to sincerely apologize again for the delay and the lack of communication regarding your order. As I mentioned in my email in December, we faced significant challenges with our previous partner who was responsible for both jarring and shipping. Due to these ongoing issues, we made the decision to relocate to a new facility just before Christmas, which unfortunately diverted our focus and impacted our response times.
After contacting APC at the time, I learned that while a shipping label was generated for your order, trigging the despatch emails, the parcel was never shipped. This was one of the key reasons we moved to a new site, as we were let down by the having the wrong partners. We’ve since set up with a new facility, and all shipments are now being handled through Royal Mail.
I’m happy to report that your order was shipped from our new facility shortly after, and we’ve worked hard to ensure that all future orders are fulfilled in a much more timely and reliable manner. We’re confident that the changes we’ve made will result in fewer delays, damages, and missing shipments moving forward.

The product is excellent - the tasiest I've tried. However, I've had a couple of issues with deliveries and their response to e-mails is very slow.

I've had mixed experiences with Good Nude Food. While their products are genuinely delicious and superior to any alternatives I've tried, the delivery process leaves much to be desired. On several occasions, my orders arrived with broken jars due to fragile packaging, and delivery times have been consistently delayed, even with a new courier. Although I appreciate their efforts at resolving issues, communication can be slow, which is frustrating. Despite these setbacks, I'm inclined to give them three stars because of the quality of their products and my hope that, as a growing company, they will improve their logistics soon.

We had a very tough year in 2024 and I’d like to explain a bit about the challenges we faced with our previous supplier. Unfortunately, we encountered some serious issues with them, including deliberate improper packing that led to damaged products during transit, ongoing billing for shipping that wasn't being carried out. It also became clear that orders were being packed incorrectly on purpose which directly affected our customers experiences. We ultimately made the serious decision to move to a new supplier to ensure this never happens again and spent December getting set up in new facilities which took over for us from on 20th December. Moving forward we're able to offer much better services and we're seeing really positive results in just a few short weeks of being away from our previous supplier.
Please know that moving forward we're able to provide much better service and we look forward to providing you with more delicious sauerkraut in the future!

Its a real shame - Beware you may get smashed jars
Its a real shame. When we first bought their products they arrive well packaged, the jars were properly wrapped and insulated and delivery was without a hitch. Now they just pack the jars in a light cardboard box, not even so much as a bit of bubble wrap between the jars. This is the second consecutive delivery where we have had smashed jars. They used to have a phone number showing on their web site to contract them, but no longer (too may complaints ??). And the don't reply to emails containing photos that show the state of the jars as received as request a replacement or refund. One star because I like their sauerkraut, but of course we will not be dealing with this company again. You have been warned, and I strongly advise you not to purchase from this company.

Scammed don’t use this company
She doesn’t reply to emails. She took nearly 2 weeks to dispatch on an APC overnight shipping method. She decided to ship on a Friday and surprise surprise the Sauerkraut turned up bashed in and leaking next Monday. Why would you even send this on a Friday knowing it’s not going to get to the customer till Monday? I phoned APC who said to contact the seller. Shes taken no responsibility and has stolen my money. I’m frankly disgusted by this level of service.
I’ve emailed her proof of the damage and I’ve been told to get the police involved.

I’m truly sorry that this was your experience with us. As I mentioned in my email to you in November, we faced ongoing challenges with our supplier, including an issue with jar labels that caused delays we weren’t informed about. Once the jars arrived and were damaged I refunded your order.
In the same email, I also mentioned that we were working on securing a new production site to address these recurring problems, such as shipping delays and damages. I’m happy to confirm that we’ve successfully transitioned to a new partner, and since the end of December, we’ve been able to provide a much smoother and more reliable service.
I understand your frustration and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. I do want to assure you that a refund was processed at the time.

Product arrived not for the first time (jars broken)…
Product arrived not for the first time with broken jars - I understand this is partly an issue with the delivery firm but packaging is not very robust ....regardless I raised as an issue a week ago and have been ignored - I fear this is because it's not the first time I have had to report an issue ....It's a shame as I love the product but can't cope with only getting half a delivery on each order. Sorry but I have changed brands

I'm sorry we fell short here and you faced delays in getting a responce. I know I spoke with you about this and arranged for a replacement to be sent out but please let me know if there was any issues with the replacement or if I can help in any other way.

We recently moved away from our previous supplier as we were facing huge delays/damages/order mispicks and couldnt provide the best service we wanted. I'm pleased to say that at the end of December we moved to new facilities and have seen really positive changes! We're able to ship orders every day and now use Royal Mail to ensure speedy and so far safe delivery.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I ordered 5 jars and received 2 broken , basically packaging collapsed because of the leak from broken jars. Checked outer packaging and no sign of fragile which is normal when you ship in glass jars. I emailed and sent photos and was totally ignored. I used the company few years ago and decided to try again but my god I think this is the worst customer service i have ever dealt with, you only have one email to send to, no phone number or any form of communication..shocking really. Product is good but useless if arrived in broken jars. Avoid ordering from them at all costs. They don't care about their customers.

2024 was a challenging year for us, and I want to be open about the difficulties we faced with our previous supplier. Unfortunately, we experienced serious issues, including improper packing, which led to damaged products during transit, as well as billing discrepancies for shipping that wasn’t being carried out. It became clear that orders were being packed incorrectly, which directly impacted our customers’ experience.
After much consideration, we made the decision to move to a new supplier to prevent these issues from happening again. We’ve spent December setting up new facilities, and since December 20th, they’ve been handling our orders. The results so far have been really positive, and we’re confident we can offer a much better service moving forward.
We truly appreciate your support, and I hope we can have the chance to provide you with more delicious sauerkraut in the future if you decide to give us another chance.

We recently moved to new facilities and have seen some great results in damage reduction along with taking on board feedback about better packaging/fragile labels etc which has made a huge improvement.

Previous issues resolved, good customer service resumed
Having previously left a negative review due to missing items and no response to my emails, I need to provide a further update for balance.
After not hearing anything for about 3 weeks, I was contacted by Good Nude Food's new customer services person with a sincere apology and explanation for the delay in responding (email server issues). I was reassured by the email and impressed by the organisation accepting responsibility and committing to fulfil the order.
My order has now arrived in full and I will continue to enjoy this wonderful product and recommend the company.

No response to emails
Still waiting to hear from you about a replacement jar. My order arrived a week ago and I've emailed twice including pictures of the broken jar and have yet to hear back from you about a replacement. So sad as this has happened on several occasions now. The sauerkraut itself is delicious and highly recommended but packaging needs sorting out.
