Shaun was really knowledgeable and a great help choosing a new pair of hiking boots. A good selection to choose from to suit different budgets.

Popped in for replacement of boots I use for Airsoft and Shaun who also happend to be interested in the sport helped me by picking out ideal pair for my needs and style as well as teaching me a new trick to keep my ankles more secure and help in avoiding injury playing when lacing them up. Huge thanks for the tip and assistance.

A big shout-out to Jess and Shaun at the GO Outdoors branch in Banbury. I needed some waterproof trousers, and both Jess and Shaun went out of their way to show me the range of trousers available in the store and advise me on which would be the best trousers for my needs. Both were extremely welcoming, professional and friendly throughout my visit.

I dealt with three members of staff during my visit and all were happy, helpful and positive. In particular there was a very nice young lady called Olivia. She helped get me the prices and offers on the camping chairs, showed me various ones available and then carried them to the till whilst I continued shopping for more bits. Definitely will return to the Banbury store again.

Greated with a huge smile and a hello from the lovely Jess as soon as we walked in. Even though she was busy she offered help straight away. Jess advised us on the best footwear for our son’s charity walk asking about terrain, length and even used personal experience so we chose the perfect item.. Such a lovely person and deserves a big raise. Thanks again Jess from the clown shoe lady!

Very nice members of staff, very helpful and couldnt recommend Tom enough! He dealt with a very rude customer perfectly and very profesionally! And the girls at the till were helpful and polite! Not often you get a nice experience shopping these days and i enjoyed it! Will be comimg back!

Went to go outdoors to look at some large 60-70L backpacking bags, had a little idea of what we were looking for but not much direction, Olivia came over and helped us, unprompted, and talked us though a variety of different bags and styles, explained the pros and cons to all, showed us different price ranges and offered her opinions too and was very helpful, and she was very patient answering all our questions and very easy to talk to, it was incredibly helpful to have someone with personal experience to talk us through. Staff member Jess was also helpful at the till. Great experience over all!

The help in my purchase decision was first rate. Ellie was informative as well as being honest enough to tell me when she didn't know the answer to something I asked her. She was polite, patient and cheerful.
