I came to the shop and was looking for some DofE shoes and was trying loads of pairs on but this lovely girl called Nimrah gave me some recommendations for Scarpa shoes and when I tried them on they were exactly what I was looking for which was so good she was such a good help

It was so nice to have some expert advice from Shaun in the boot department, he was knowledgeable and helpful in what we were seeking. He was patient and took time whilst we made a decision.

I had just gone on my gold DofE practice expedition the day before and had an issue with some of my gear. The employee named Shaun was really friendly and helpful in setting me up for my real expedition, and really helped me with my purchase. The shop is also excellent all round with the staff at the till being helpful too, although I didn’t get their names.

Bought a great new pair of walking shoes. Should have gone there first. Kade was the service/sales lady that assisted me with selection and sizing my shoe. Very professional and knows her products well. Thank you Kade.

We were out to buy new hiking boots for our honeymoon. We were served by Tom who was really helpful and very engaging, he’s a credit to the store. I would gladly recommend to anyone interested in boots to go here, the prices were also excellent for what we got.

Shaun is a superstar! Went to Go Outdoors in Banbury with a portable Cadac BBQ I’d bought from them a few years ago & I’d managed to shear off the burner connection. Shaun got his tools out and didn’t stop looking at it until he’d got it fixed. Above and beyond - THANK YOU, SHAUN!

I ordered a Weber gas hose for my bbq online and I haven't received it and no one is answering my email or the people in the Banbury store, they basically stole £55 from me.

Today I was assisted by Shaun in store. I needed assistance in repairing my tent which was broken last summer in a storm. Shaun was very knowledgeable, knew exactly what was needed and did the repairs on the poles whilst i waited. Highly recommended. Ask for Shaun if any assistance needed in regards to tents or camping.

What a lovely visit to the Banbury store I had on Tuesday to buy a replacement waterproof coat.
Shaun was so helpful and informative about all of the products in-store and their individual qualities and negatives based on my needs.
Walking my dog daily, I need a lightweight, breathable and waterproof jacket; he patiently assisted me trying on several, whilst informing me about each one. He welcomed my dog too! The young lady on the til was equally pleasant and engaging.
I left the store feeling I’d just received the best Service possible - a feeling that’s not always received when shopping!
The Jacket purchased is perfect for wet summer walks and as it’s rained every day since purchase, it has been used alot already. Thanks Shaun… super service!

Super experience today. Called to check if my preferred walking shoe was in stock and my query was handled in competent and friendly way by Jess who put a couple of sizes on the side for me to try on. Drove over and spent about 25 minutes deciding on a size with cheerful chat and input from Shaun and Umar. No Sales Pressure at all!! Paid with new Member discount arranged by the "other" Jess and left the store with a plan to return for clothing next time. Spacious and modern store - top marks!! Thanks, Phil

We went to look for the rucksack for my son for his DofF. We were so lucky to meet a Shaun. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Shaun measured my son and adjusted the rucksack to meet my son’s needs. Shaun also gave us some tips. Thank you so much! Keep up your great work!
