Popped into the Berwick store last…
Popped into the Berwick store last month whilst on holiday in Northumberland we met the lovely Cheryl at the checkout who was such a delight to chat to and gave great customer care she also gave us some treats for our dogs when she discovered we had left them outside in the camper van 🐕🐕

Great customer service
Great customer service, especially Cheryl on the tills, very friendly and helpful. Only knocked a star off because they didn't have the shoes I wanted but I did get some similar.

Well done Cheryl.
The sales assistant was Cheryl and she was everything you would expect from a good sales assistant.
She was polite, friendly and very patient, when I asked to renew my Go Outdoors membership, which she did very quickly. A very pleasant shopping experience!
