I went into the Blackpool store today. Was served by a very pleasant helpful young man called Sam. He knew his products and recommended suitable ones for me. Came away with shoes and sandals.

Peter the legend
Went into the store with my partner looking for some new things to take camping. We went upstairs and were greeted by Peter who had no long just started, he was extremely kind and patient while we were trying out bags make sure to show us how to correctly adjust them, I would definitely recommend going in store for any questions you may have.

Everytime me and my partner have been in Jon and Peter always greet us and are so friendly. They are very helpful and understanding of what it is we are looking for. They are lovely staff and no doubt we will continue to come here.

Happy Customer
The staff are very welcoming, when you go in you're greeted positively and offered assistance. They're very well-informed on the products as well. Product selection is a little limited, but Sam said they are getting new branded products in soon. Good sale selection too got some bargains.

Friendly staff helped, sadly there was a lack of sizes available in the jackets but I found one that wasn't too unreasonable that fitted.

Above and Beeyond
Me and my friend are getting into hiking and camping so we need some gear for it and we went here as we are local to Blackpool… all staff are very friendly, talked us through what we need and made us feel welcome and like they wanted to help, some stores try to rush you out or don’t care… left with some sleeping bags, torches and we will definitely be coming back… thank you to the staff team lovely people

I came here a few times during our…
I came here a few times during our visit due to me having a membership and trusting your clothing that isn’t the issue it’s how scruffy the outside looks with I’m unsure who they are but women sitting outside in the chairs smoking parents with kids walking in and your greeted by scum sitting smoking and staff don’t tell them to move. It was the same women all 3 days either myself or my partner came in we wouldn’t bring the kids near the shop with them smoking so close to the entrance never been so disgusted by a go outdoors before
