Tom the server was professional and sincere. He spoke with clarity and knowledge. I will be returning. If you want a figurehead for your store for new openings I would recommend this person.

Needed some waterproof overtrousers which Tom took me to straight away. Quick fitting, reasonably priced

Called into the smaller Blackpool ‘Express’ store during a trip to the seaside with the family.

We’d be unable to get the items we wanted at the much larger Derby store, so popped in to see what they had, just in case we were lucky.

We were really pleased to get all the items we wanted (and more) in the exact colours and sizes and at a discounted price.

What made the visit was that nothing seemed too much trouble for the staff to help their customers, ourselves included.

Great assistance shown in particular from Shane upstairs, who gave really good advice about walking boots and other equipment for our teenage son who’s taking his DofE Award.

Downstairs, Tom was equally as helpful as we finished off our purchases.

Thanks (and the Blackpool weather was kind too).

No pressure at all which was critical as my teenage son is autistic and massive victory to leave the store with a coat!!!!

Went to this store just to have a browse. I ended up with a jacket, tent, zipboil and gas. Got served by Tom and he gave me some great advice. Thank you very much

I had seen some womens Brasher shorts online and thought I would call into my local shop to try then on.
I spoke to a very helpful member of staff called Tom who explained they were not on the shop floor but would check their stockroom and found the size and colour I was after.
Thanks Tom you made my day with your help as I needed them for an upcoming holiday abroad.
I cannot recommend this store highly enough for all the friendly and helpful staff especially Tom.

Tom is a superstar
I rushed in the shop at ten to four thinking I hadn’t got much time but Tom reassured me that there was no rush. Then he found several different coats that matched my changing ideas about what I thought I wanted. He then went off to look for more and Brandon chatted to me while I waited. Then they researched other branches and worked out how long the journey would be. Thank you so much Tom and Brandon. It was an enjoyable experience.

The customer service and kit they offer is great. Highly recommended to purchase outdoor kit.

Tom was great very helpful, even kept an eye on my dog whilst I looked in the mirror at the coat I bought, great service great smile 😁
