Adam and Dannie
Adam was extremely helpful showing me the drive away awnings, describing the pros and cons of each.
Dannie at the till was exemplary in that it took a while to sort out discounts and finance. He was very patient and helpful with a smile.

I like Go Outdoors Canterbury, they have tons of stock and really helpful staff. Sure you can probably save a few quid online buts its really nice to actually see what you want to buy and try it on.

I went to purchase an electric from go outdoors in Canterbury Kentb and I was served by a gentleman called Jed. Extremely pleased with my purchase. Jed was very good very informative. Very helpful. Had a really good experience and would recommend anybody buying a bike from go outdoors

Eleonora was friendly on the till and a man with long hair helped me without me having to ask (sorry I don’t know your name) and the young fella on the shoe area was nice too

Costumer service was brilliant
The clothing was easy to find staff were very helpful. Our cashier Ferne was very lovely and polite and so is the man in shoe section he was very knowledgable about walking boots.

I came in to the store to buy a shelter
I came in to the store to buy a shelter. Unfortunately, my 3 yo fell asleep right as we arrived, so I had to carry her, which would have made carrying the shelter impossible. However, two great associates came to the rescue. Charlotte on the tills, quickly called to Adam who met me at the shelters, answered all the questions, carried my selected shelter up to the tills, and then helped me get everything to the car. I don’t think o could have done it without them! Great customer care and support.
