My wife and I had a fantastic experience at the shop today, thanks to Jarred who went above and beyond to help us find the right walking boots. We tried on countless pairs and he was incredibly patient, friendly and helpful throughout.
We’re both really happy with our purchases and couldn’t recommend the shop highly enough.

Great customer service from Liam
Liam was really helpful when I popped in to browse for some items for my son's DofE expedition. He gave great advice and was really patient when I was trying to sort the discount that the DofE card gives you. He was friendly and approachable, and I ended up buying most of the stuff I needed at a decent price. I was pleasantly surprised by the range and prices at the store and would shop there again if I ever needed camping or outdoor equipment.
