My husband and I visited the Farnborough Store today and were served by LUKE. He was the most helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant young man. If only more shop assistants were like him.

Excellent customer service! We went in to buy a pair of boots for my son's DofE expedition. Luke was very kind and helpful with his advice. Very pleased with the service. Would highly recommend this store. Thank you Luke!

Saw the the store on a random visit to Farnborough, saw a great deal and walked in was approached and serviced by a guy called Liam, he was friendly and approachable! And just looked genuinely happy to serve and be at his job! Very refreshing energy!
